They'll be available on exchanges as of 1st October (that's what I've read somewhere, don't take it for granted. Better check for yourself). On 1st October, soferox will start their signature campaign for their ICO. Its clearly mentioned in the presale signature thread of soferox in the service section of this forum. And I don't think it will be available in exchanges this year as soferox team has not fully completed their project yet.
