Title: Hi New in BitCoin. Post by: 3RR0R on May 29, 2013, 06:54:02 AM Hi, I am from INDIA. I am a noob. I have the following hardware configuration.
Now I need some information. I am listing them down. I mean: 1. I want to earn some money with bitcoin. I will earn bitcoin then exchange them for money. Which is the best way to do it for Indian's? 2. If I want to mine bitcoin what I need to do? 3. Why should I use an online bitcoin wallet? Title: Re: Hi New in BitCoin. neither is a 145 sempron. if i was you i'd go with a online wallet service. you can buy BTC from mtgox.com Title: Re: Hi New in BitCoin. Post by: The 4ner on May 29, 2013, 07:35:17 AM No, use https://blockchain.info/ to create an online wallet. They have great security features and it's the all around most used online wallet. Mt.Gox is known to fail especially with the recent crack down.
If you want to purchase bitcoin I suggest you use https://localbitcoins.com/. You never know if someone near you uses BTC. If not, then I suggest using https://www.bitinstant.com/. It's quick and easy. You'll have your coins in less than an hour. Title: Re: Hi New in BitCoin. I notice you're a newbie so be aware that you won't be able to post until you've graduated. However, you're still able to watch threads so skim through them and you might find the answers you're looking for. Once you've graduated you can easily go back to helpful threads that you've marked to watch. Title: Re: Hi New in BitCoin. Post by: nor9852 on May 29, 2013, 06:01:25 PM welcome to the forum.

Honestly with the current setup, the most you could probably do is trade on one of the exchanges. Doesn't sound like your machine can handle much.. Even if you get a video card, it is doubtful you will make the money back on it unless you have free electricity. Title: Re: Hi New in BitCoin. Post by: RodeoX on May 29, 2013, 07:19:31 PM My advice is to forget about mining. You will almost certainly loose money unless you are committed to buying expensive special purpose hardware.
Think about what you have to sell, or what you can do to earn bitcoin. There is a growing community in India who you can trade with. There is even an Indian section on these forums. Title: Re: Hi New in BitCoin. Post by: weefsat on May 29, 2013, 07:58:59 PM Hi.
