As i understood of my former stock market experience, buy back is just for increasing artificially the price of an asset. It is just like a snake bitting its tail : that will end badly.
Healthy company never o this as it is  clearly not an investment but just a speculative tool.
What they are doing is clear : speculation instead of investment.
They should have better cut off in the distribution rate, then using this fresh money to invest.
Instead of this, it is just another disguised bump and dump scheme.

In other word, just a smart move to fool the younger and inexperienced crypto fan.

I really dont have any insight how stock market works, but I think this is good news!!

On one hand the current suply will reduce making the existing tokens more value due to the incresed rarity.
On other hand, the buyback should increse the volume.

On the website you show the circulating supply of WGO... it shoes 53 percent. I am sure some was held back for the faucet and lessors.. what is missing is the amount burned... that I would like to see... on this page:

I think main reason of the decreasing in pool income is there is no MRT reward anymore which WGO was getting 25% of the reward they were distributing to the pool participants.

Waves Platform needs to do something to encourage people to build a pool. I do not want to think about the others if the biggest pool is affected by this situation.

If they have really good revenue someday, it can work that buyback think. But with little revenue, it's not that satisfactory for investors.

There's a big communication problem. The team must keep track of what you're working on or what you're doing. Or why do people invest in this token? Because of the pool income problems, the token was thrown into the second plan. I hope I'm wrong.

I agree, better communication is needed. Obviously they're workng on some stuff, but we don't know those. And how those can affect the buyback amount.

I've been waiting for this for a year. I bought it at a high price, and the team is going to do nothing and the price is falling down. Just burning the token is not enough. At least make airdrop to investors.

Trying to get an understanding how to calculate and estimate the rewards.

I also bought WGO very expensive for 0,019. Now the hope is that the waves will become very popular, and the number of transactions will grow, and noda will earn more on the commission and buy back more of the WGO.
