As a person who lives in Era or century of technology that is much better and enhanced if you have the brains to create a better technology that would live a mark today. what is it?

it will be a technology that can read people's mind and make their thinking known all around. This would have gone a long way to decrease the rate of crime and other bad activities.

How can I contribute? I'll make a solid & original technology that will stop the rising ICO's in every part of the world. It's getting toxic each day for the crypto community.
Fake coins that sips out funds of the people, fake promises and fake team of people doing a fake project. It's all fake. (Note: I'm not pertaining to all ICO)

technology is getting ahead, but I'm worried for citizens who can not balance themselves with technological developments and this will be a negative risk, so I'm trying to contribute to helping the people provide understanding so that a little more understanding in this technological age,

I don't have to do anything about it.. there are people who are really into it... and besides.... it is innevitable..  sooner... whether you have contribution or none... technology will evolve in any way ...

Thats completely not true. Evolving is not a inherent property of technology. People make it and develop it.

i have skills in java and python so will try to development my self and earn money 

I have so many ideas in my mind tho. I guess I'll give two ideas. First is a suit for the paralize person to move using their brain. So that they can live and move normally. Second is a machine that can communicate to those people who are in comma.

I can be a user and consumer of modern technology and on forums and social i can upvote and discuss future tech etc.

Well I want here inserct the discussion of bitcoin to enchancement of technology, especially here in the Philippines I want to be like those geniuses. I want to make a device that you can get anything in a shop and just by a cellphone you can pay them in bitcoin or mpney, but I think this idea was already created my Japanese

None. Hell there are a lot of bright minds that still aren't able to make a mark in technology today and i'm basically someone who would rather benefit from these people's contributions since its something i can't contribute anything into :p
