Intellectual Property Chain is a decentralized distributional blockchain system established for the intellectual property application such as confirmation of rights, reward, transaction, crowd-funding, and crowd-sourcing. IPC follows a mature technology infrastructure with six layers, from bottom to top, as described in the below table: Data, Network, Consensus, Incentive, Contract, and Application.
