Title: First Bitcoin-Only Real Estate Transaction Completed in Texas. Post by: ICObazaar on September 19, 2017, 01:23:02 PM Kuper Sotheby's International Realty is now the first brokerage in Texas to close on a home purchased entirely with Bitcoin. The transaction was for the purchase of a newly built home, and the full price was transferred to the seller/builder via Bitcoin. The seller then converted the cryptocurrency into USD.

But if it's really true, than it's a great news and hope that this continues this way, so when we have earned/invested a good amount of BTC, we can also buy a house with Bitcoin. I believe this to be more normal, once bitcoin gets more stable, so still, some years till then. |
