And in case you made an API Key, you should disable it and try to find out if your login details or the API key was compromised.
Obviously the person was not able to withdraw the USDT, that's why he made these trades. So maybe you have an PAI key without withdraw permission? Or is login without 2FA possible, but to withdraw you need 2FA (or maybe it was the email confirmation that prevented from withdrawing)?
