Title: Cashaa - Blockchain based FX Payment Platform
Post by: alexrossi on September 20, 2017, 03:00:27 PM
https://cashaa.com/

I would like to open a discussion about this service, unfortunately is not currently available everywhere, but the concept could be adopted very fast especially in developing countries where everybody has access to internet via a smartphone and is more prone to test new services.

There was a closed beta period where it was possible to make local deals even outside the actually present countries. As a participant I actually found really solid the remittance process adopted by the site ( trader A take money in a part of the world and trader B gives money in an another, possibly distant, part of the world, to complete a transfer of a money sender that was even unaware of what is Bitcoin and how it works, but is protected by the online escrow).

It's nice. Since it supported multiple countries. Unlike what im using. Im using local wallet which is Coins.ph. you can cash out your btc thru remittance center and deposit to bank. It just don't support multiple countries like this one. Also there's something catch my interest. Is it really zero fee? Coz when you are sending fee thru remittance center. You need to pay for fee. If this is true, then it nice!

I think they will charge a minimum fee since that's how a remittance business earn and profit. But I would have to agree that remittance and a booming business. Because there are really a lot of migrant workers and the reason they decided to work oversees is to bring money to their family or love one. So having a new remittance like https://cashaa.com/, though its currently limited to India, Nigeria and Indonesia. Maybe they are testing and see how it goes and would probably add more currency as needed.

Edit: It says zero free, so they are no charges as of now.

Looks like they are only allowing GBP to Indian currency, Nigerian naira and Indonesian currency. I think this concept will be limited to few countries where there is no any strong anti money laundering policies. Sooner or later government might cause problems for services like this one.

They will be offering a great service. Sending and receiving from anywhere in the world would be really helpful, only question is how soon are they be able to provide it. I've also read that they will eventually operate with any digital currency or token, so the service won't be limited to Bitcoin.

PS. Is their site really slow or it is only in my end?

Just as of now. But reading about them in the site, **Cashaa is a P2P marketplace powered by the Blockchain to transfer cash anywhere in the world. **

it says; All unsold tokens will be burned and ; 51% for public sale : 510 Million  -  rest stay with firm - team ect.
if they will burn all unsold then 1 token most have a fixed price , no ?
but I do not see a token price on the webside.
