That the sign message error , idk i cant sign any messages i already try some options and when i try to sign with my private key on other wallet that private key lead me to other address .

Don't do that.

The account is lost. If you can't get into the account you can't sign a message from one of your previous addresses in there is nothing to anyone on the form to do to help you. Everyone has made it clear that you should protect your account details and it made it clear what to do if you cannot get into your account. Those statements state that you need to sign transaction from one of those Bitcoin addresses if you do not have them to start another account use that one.
