in fact there are all positive and negative, especially the media, the media is also where we socialize, the media is also where we look for bitcoin, so I think it does not matter as long as we can choose which news is real and fake news

Sometimes I ask myself why bother posting about them in a forum if I really am not affected by fake news circulating about Bitcoin.

 I think it's much like a witch hunt .   Unfortunately human beings follow news that is negative .  Suddenly it's like a journalistic free-for-all -every-man-for-himself but it's ruining the credibility of good news sources .
 Probably three times a week I starta story when I realize about a paragraph in the what I'm writing is purely gossip and so I stop .  This might  appear as lazy,  but I do not like to share gossip and that's all it is when you have a strong rumor with the  only source of the information being an opinionated, hidden,  faceless pseudonym.

Mostly because of their skills to convince people and to write and to say news that is catchy to people, some of the media can twist and make fake news just to increase their ratings or because someone paid them just to broadcast that specific news, same with the bitcoin they can manipulate the news about it, don't consider all the information from them, it is safe to research and read news about it in forums or in social media.

I very easily get distracted/affected by the online news. As a result, I try not to read too many press releases or fake steam media, especially those news related with Bitcoin...

There are more and more people that are just discovering bitcoin, and I guess of course their source of information about it is google. As stupid as it is those are the kind of news that frequently pops out on your search, and those are also the kind of news that would immediately get the attention of beginners. That or there's just a lot of people that spreads FUD on purpose.

We tend to ignore anything positive as humans and react much more to anything negative. You see this behavior in all walks of life.

Somehow I think this is the best description as to how all of this works. The negativity is just enormous when it comes to Bitcoin news but ask them how much do they have. Zero. Reporting about something that they don't understand. Which makes no sense.

The whole thing is surprising my dear. Seems people even enjoy that sort of news alot. A Bitcoin forum should not be so anti-bitcoin

That's true. And negativity isn't exclusive in bitcoin news but in all aspect of life. And like what CryptoBeefy said we react mostly on the negative things and set aside the positive ones. I don't know but I think it's really human nature that we tend to seek for flaws in one thing rather than appreciate good things. Reality check, it doesn't matter if we did good things in our lives because out of the hundred good things, people focuses on that one flaw you did.
