Title: [ANN] FastCoin 2 - 5 second blocks
Post by: RichG on May 30, 2013, 05:49:18 AM
FSC2 (FastCoin 2) has the following features:
5 second blocks
Starting scrypt difficulty of 1
42 million coins
1 coin per block subsidy
Scrypt

Here's the source:

If you wish to make any code contributions, please PM me.

The Qt client needs some work. It only builds under Unix systems currently.

The terminal client works on all operating systems.

Thank you!

This is a relaunch of SmallChange.

EDIT: Just because I do not have a GitHub repo means my source code could be messed up in a bad way?

I was going to name it FastCoin, then that other coin stole my name, but I was going to release today, so I named it fastcoin 2.

Also, the config file is ~/.fastcoin/fastcoin.conf

Doubt it. He mad cuz he probably had a lot invested in hopes of getting rich. I think I seen him/her selling some of the "shit coins" in mass right after release.

Hazard made a false claim!

I think this needs further explanation.

You can not take a poke at someone without explaining why.
