Title: Digital Artists Online (DAO) Faucet - Scam Alert!!!
Post by: Lunita on September 22, 2017, 07:51:19 AM
Hello @all!
Today I want to write something about the bad experience I made with the faucet-Website "Digital Artists Online" and ask for help...

Digital Artists Online (https://www.facebook.com/digitalartistsonline/) is making advertisments in which they say that people can claim up to 5000 Satoshis in only 1 hour. At first I have to say that this is true, it is really possible to claim so many satoshis. But the problem is, that they don´t pay.

I was using that website many month and I had to run after my faucet rewards every week, contacting the support, telling them I didnt receive the satoshis. They were never paying right on time but I was going on claiming because at least they paid something, even when the satoshis came late and they paid less of what I claimed. (They usually were paying a little but not the amount of satoshis I really had, so over the time I had more and more satoshis in my account and they simply cancelled the "pending payments".)

But then it happened to me more and more often, that the support was not answering me anymore, they blocked my account many times (the counters were showing zero and all the satoshis I made disappeared). They opened my account again, blocked it again, opened it again, paying a little, blocked it again. Several times. When I contacted the support asking which reasons they have to block me, it took them a very long time to answer and in the end they told me  I was cheating and its not possible to have so many satoshis in my account.

But I was not cheating! I dont know much about computer, but I guess its not even possible to cheat, because before people are getting the satoshi-reward they have to solve captchas with pictures, sometimes 4 or 5. So how should I cheat? What do you think, is that possible?

Yesterday when I wanted to contact the support again I realized, that I can not even contact them or writing messages on their website anymore. The last days were strange already, they deleted the messages I wrote on their website and didnt answer me. And since yesterday it seems I´m blocked forever.

I´m really disappointed because of that. They own me almost 600.000 satoshis!

Is there still something I can do now to get my satoshis?
Are here people who made similar experience with Digital Artists Online?

Okay, I uploaded it. I hope its working...

I took a screenshot of the payments that are cancelled and two of their messages were they telling me that I was cheating. (There are more payments cancelled but my account is blocked so the last ones I cant see anymore. But I still have the email-Confirmationlinks for the new payments. If you dont trust me I can uploade them too.

for me, i already withdraw 14 times .. 13 Successful and 1 Cancelled

the one that Cancelled , because i found on youtube script  that you can claim from 8 websites in 1 tab ( page )

after using this script he block my account and all my satoshi are gone.

then  i sent message to admin, and i promise him  that i will not use this script anymore, then he returned my account back. and last week  i already got my payment

What can you tell us about admin answers, about as you would have used bots? You know we, faucet owners have a system that can easily detect a bot, plus we can see what a user does on the site.

Your proof is not enough to say that they are not legit.

I didnt know its possible to cheat, I don´t know much about computer. How is the thing with the script working? Could you explain that to me?

I was never cheating, I´m always following the rules. So before I get the reward I had to solve picture-captchas, sometimes only 1, other times more. It was a lot of work for me to claim the satoshis, thats the reason why I´m so disappointet now.

In fact I liked the website a lot, I even told my friends about that page and I told them that DAO is trustable. Now I´m contacting all my friends again to tell them what they did and that they start acting unfair. They paid me many times (thats the reason why I was going on claiming, at least I received something and I had the hope, that the cancelled payments are coming later) but suddenly they started acting more and more unfair, they cancelled the payments, stopped answering me, deleted my messages in their website and now they even blocked me so that I cant contact them anymore.

I have to say that I was always friendly, I never typed messages like "hey f* scammers, where is my money?" like some other people did. If someone would offend me in that way, well, I would block his or her account too. But I was always firendly, just asking for help...

I even told them I can proof that I claimed all the satoshis correct. I suggested to record a video every time I claim, so that they can see that I´m not cheating. But they did not even answer me or giving me a chance to proof that I´m telling the truth.

So what can I do now? Any suggestions?

I dont use a bot, I do not even know how a bot is working or how I can use it. I definitely followed the rules and I was acting correct without cheating!
My idea is that they simply doesnt want to pay and then they say I was chaeting.
If they have a software to see if I was acting correct, they know that I WAS DEFINITELY NOT CHEATING!

How can I proof that I was not cheating?

What do you mean with Admin-answers?
They stopped my account many times, I contacted them and then my account was working again but they said nothing. Later they started telling me that they are thinking I would use a bot.
But how can a bot solve all the captchas? I looked on the net for further information and I find out that there are even "human brain power" companies are existing where people are working and they are solving captchas for money. If a bot could solve captchas, how can thoose service-companies survive then? It doesnt make any sense. I´m not a programmer, but after what I researched on the net I think its not even possible to cheat.

I´m definitely saying the truth!

In the meantime it will be nice if someone could help me to fix this. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Was any one able to solve this issue?????

Ohh seems like there's something weird going on with the site today. I received last week's claim (this Monday). Now this company now called Digital Artists used to have all of these cool apps that I used to love playing religiously lol.

I haven't done the faucets for awhile (started back faucet collecting for the last two weeks) Their new faucet style has been the easiest I've seen out of all of the other ridiculous withdraw when you hit  500,000 sat crap or the sites that have 20 pop ups before you can claim 100 sat and have to do that 100-200 times hoping that your computer isn't filled with trogans before you're done.

I received my first withdrawal from them (since my hiatus from collecting) just this last Monday. I was pleasantly surprised and figured well I'll just collect 25k sat a week or maybe I'll do more this week as in 50k.

Now I just went through a slight power outage (possible rolling blackouts in my area a few hrs ago) so I sat in the dark a few times and once power was restored and internet of course, I decided to claim.

I was up to around 3400 sat and started jumping from one of their 6 sites ( there are only 6 but combined you reach the 20k minimum in a few days or less) 4 of them have 5 min timers, 2 of them have 10 min timers. Coordinating which ones are ready to collect from takes a bit of finesse.

Anyways so I'm at around 3400 or so and I stop popping from one ( has 2 mins left) so I go back and look for another and when I claim I believe 74 sat I go back to my balance and it's around 1200 or so sat. I'm thinking wait whaaat??!??!

Yeah something is off. So I think I'll skip this week and see if they figure it out because there's no point in claiming if balances just start missing sat right? I mean they have never let me down in the past and I mean never so this is a bit of a new whoops. Now could my router have gotten screwed up during the collection process? Sure I did go through a power outage a few times today so that could be the reason they may have deducted some coins but I really don't know.

I also tried to log into my old coin ad acct but strangely they no longer have my email on file. That's another hmm but maybe I'll just make a new acct to see what happens.

Ok now here's the strange thing. I figured let me do 6 more claims of the 6 sites they have within the system.

It just gave me a jackpot claim of 680  :o on one of the 6 sites.

Now that's a pleasant surprise so I just jumped up to 2610 after claiming from all 6 sites within the platform and also receiving a 680 jackpot bonus as one of my claims.

Maybe they were aware of something going off in their system and found a way to rectify it in some way.

As I said they have never let me down so I'm going to continue to claim to see how this week ends up.

Is Digital Artists Online scam? I've read some paid, some not. That's why I've tried too using my Facebook account, and claiming with 6 faucets or websites opened all the same time. Some has 5 minutes timer while others have 10 minutes. My problem is when I try to reach and withdraw their minimum of 20,000 satoshis then, I will not get paid. Every Mondays payment seems alright. So I don't know how to trust unless I'll give it a try and take the risk of wasting time or losing the very first payment, if ever.

NOT A SCAM. I have ALWAYS gotten paid.

I looked at the withdrawals you listed OP and I don't know how you got 150,000+ sat then the following day you claimed another 50,000 sat?

How does one claim 50,000 sat in 1 day?!??? That just doesn't make sense. They have 6 faucets within the system. 4 are on 5min timers the other 2 are on 10min timers. The math doesn't add up unless you hit a few bonuses but that many in 24 hrs? Highly unlikely. The amounts they give change based on the price of btc as I'm claiming now and they've been lowered a bit but that makes sense.

Also they pay out weekly so why wouldn't you just put in claims requests once a week?

The other problem with your complaint is that after they didn't pay you once you went back to continue to claim. Usually if someone doesn't receive their money they contact someone straight away THE FIRST TIME. Instead it's as if you expected them not to pay out and just went back to making more claims which is pretty odd behavior. They rejected your next amount again. You said nothing. You go back to claim more 3rd time and this one gets paid at 20k sat which was probably your most LEGIT claim. After that your balances get too high again on the 4th and 5th and they reject them.

You finally contact them to complain which again is ODD since they didn't pay you 4 freaking times by then. They tell you there was no way you could get up that high and then what did you do?

YOU GO BACK AND CLAIM MORE?? I'm looking at that history you posted and thinking who does that? Plus you state there's more recent history where they didn't pay out?

Look I've been scammed by a few faucets but it's usually the don't pay out the first time and that's it I'm done. I sure as hell have no desire to go back to them for a damn thing. Not sure why you went back over  5+ times and had unusual balances that don't seem to add up to what you can collect in a day would even look like.

Some kind of mining or something like that :)

Oh well, looks like this is another site that's a confirmed scam.

> No way of contacting support (website support link not working, facebook support not answering for days)

> No payments being made (only excuses)

> Accounts with balances & payments pending zeroed without any explanation or reply

> Many reports of this scam now surfacing on web & social media

Shame but at least no more time needs to be wasted on this one. Onwards & upwards!

Always those greedy ranters...

No, neither i am the owner of this site nor one of the poor guys who have to work there. I am only a humble coin-collector who is able to read the terms and conditions auf the faucets i use.

And DAO says it very clear:

"If you confirm your payout after 10am UK time on monday, you will be paid out next monday!"

Of course   8) i confirmed my payout after 10 am UK time on the 1.1.2018, so my payment arrived last week tuesday, 9.1.

Quote
The posted cash out limit was 30,000 sats

Maybe you should consider wearing glasses? The withdraw limit was 20.000, at least in my country.

Well, now the payout limit seems to be about 106.000 btc cash. Dont know if will continue reading books there.

Hee hee

Digitalartistsonline IS A SCAM

Quote
nor one of the poor guys who have to work there

Interesting that you feel sympathy for workers connected with this scam! Sounds like your subconscious is giving the game away.

It's academic when you put the request in - NO ONE was paid last week, let alone the weeks before when the site made a number of public excuses for non payment - see fabulous FB post of Christmas day:

Quote
Hi, Happy Christmas to all who celebrate it!
As it's a festive time, we won't be paying out today

TBH the limit is also academic as this site DOES NOT PAYOUT.

Please stop trying to suck honest users into wasting their efforts on this scam - we test these sites for our trusted faucet section & after 3 weeks can say that it is a complete scam. Multi tests on different platforms confirm that no funds are ever transferred, no support is available and account blocking without reason is standard practice.

Obviously I'm marginally annoyed that they are getting away with this but I also wonder what your motivation for defending them (badly) could be?

I could ask you what is your motivation to make them bad?

I have no motivation to defend anybody, i only describe my experiences with faucets.

And this faucet (or webside or whatever you call me) is so far the only one that really payed Satoshis to my wallet. Al least the first time.

I have a second payment of 106.164 bt cash pending. Transfer was confirmed by DAO on monday ( of course after 10pm UK time) , so i guess it will be transferred next week. We will see what will happen.

But i am a little pis..., because their mails never arrive at my Yahoo.de-mail. Both times when i requested the payout i got no mail vom DAO. Resend the mails did not solve the problem. I had to write on Facebook several times and eventually they manually confirmed the payout.

the first withdrawal went well. the second one (requested 2 weeks ago) of 200k satoshi has never arrived on coinbase. Another thing is that, as far as I am concerned, it is no longer possible to claim satoshi.
