Escrow does not help in any Paypal transaction .

Take a note of it .

Can you explain what this fee is all about? Once buyer and seller agrees on a price, seller send the bitcoins with adequate transaction fees and buyer sends the fiat or other currency with adequate fees. None of the sending fees is near 16% ;D so what mathematics is this 16% fees?

I guess the OP want to sell 0.01 btc for paypal with 16+%  btc rate

can pay 10% extra

as you newbie so escrow preferred

or you send first in many smallest parts of payment?
