Title: Negative Trust in Forum
Post by: silent17 on September 23, 2017, 12:58:42 PM
Hi guys, I'm just wondering about the negative trust on some people here in the forum. Like for example you have a negative trust,
Doesn't that mean they are not trusted? If yes, why are some people who have negative still active here on the forum?
and if no, how can you remove the negative trust that is given to you by others?

It depends really on who gave that trust and how trustful those who gave it. The thing is as long as you didn't violate any forum rules than you are free to post in the forum and as far as I know that having a negative trust alone doesn't violate the forum's rules. Only those who left the trust rating can remove it.

as far as i know , you can still use your account if youve got or recieve a negative trust but some of the signature  campaigns and bounty campaigns wont allowed you to join if you have a negative trust/ red trust. also dt members can only give you a negative trust and other regular members wont affect your trust staus.

yes sort of. Cause they will not get negative trust from DT if they never break the prohibited rules of furom such as multiple account etc.  And  sometimes the other users here get their red banner  from the other user also . . For example ..  not paying the exact amount and also promising the funds or selling a ponzi stuff something like that .. so if you dont want to have a negative trust then you should not break the rules of the forum .. cause your account will be useless if you got neg trust you cant join any Campaign  . . cause as i know all of sig camp manager didn't accept user that have neg trust .

on the contrary, who if the DT is the one who gave negative trust, how can you get positive trust?

If you do deals honestly or try to help the forum, you might
accumulate positive trust.  Conversely, you might do absolutely nothing
and you can still get negatives by people who don't like you.  You
really have to rrax between the lines when evaluating feedback here.
A lot of it is wrong or redundant or farmed by alt accounts.

Negative trust is a subjective opinion. If the person has own views on something, he defends his innocence and negative trust for him as a reward. If you had a criminal record it spoils your profile, but you don't commit suicide.

This is a forum feature discussion so this should be in Meta.

Trust rating can only be removed by the one who casted it, and that is the only way to get rid of it. Even the admins and mods don't meddle with trust ratings given by anyone even if it's proven that it's just a personal attack towards others. The trust system isn't really that great on this forum if yiu ask me and several others.

on the contrary, who if the DT is the one who gave negative trust, how can you get positive trust?

If 2 DT members give you 1 positive and 1 negative rating, your score would appear orange and not neutral.

Yes. Most likely they would not have the Negative Trust if they were not loyal to the person who was transacting. And as a result of punishment they will have a Negative trust. There is also something else that is abusive because of their good deeds. So, in case you're going to deal with it honestly and do not fool the person.

The positive and negative trust points should not bother you if you are not into trading. The points will be depending on your transactions, So just try to be honest and do not scam anyone to prevent from having negative trust.

Of course they are not trusted. If you meet a person in real life that has been in prison would you trust him the same as a person that has never been in prison? It is obviously you cannot receive negative trust just because someone doesnt like your name.
You can remove the negative trust depending on how bad is the thing that you have done. If you receive negative trust for spamming ,for promoting a wrong website, having a double account registred in the same campaign or other similar things there is a chance to remove your negative trust.
On the other way if you promote a SCAM , if you spam all the members with PM's or if you steal from others, that your negative will never be remove

I don’t believe that there would be people in this forum who do not believe in bitcoin although they are earning extra money in this forum. May be some people joined this forum for making money and do not want to invest ever in bitcoin because they have some doubts about bitcoin. This forum is to promote bitcoin and to spread awareness among the people of the world not to have negative thinking.
