Hi, I look for a bounty campaign, that doesn't pay tokens, but ETH, Doge, Litecoin or similar.

I don't think there's one like you asked.  The dev team will pay money to bounties except paying his own tokens . I don't think  a dev team will pay his own money to bounties.

It's rarely when you see a campaign would pay you with ETH (i never see any of campaign which willing to pay with litecoin and dogecoin until now).
If you don't like to get paid with tokens, why don't you join in a campaign which paying with bitcoin? After you got paid, exchange it to altcoin which you like

if campaign paid you with their token, how can we convert it to the alt that we want or to a BTC?

Yes, Bitcoin campaigns are fine, just wanted to spread out joining chances. :)
You just must wait, until your earned tokens are listed to exchangers like Bittrex, Cryptopia or Livecoin and can be sold.

So you mean that having their coins, I just need to wait for it to be live on one of that site is that correct?
I recently joined an Alt campaign that gives token, but on the form that he made us fill up, he requests an ETH wallet? so is that mean he will not be really needing our ETH wallet because he will pay us token?

You won't find it.
Campaigns are paying with bitcoins or with tokens(ICO campaigns).
Those are ERC20 tokens. They are running on ethereum blockchain and you need ethereum address because you will receive them on that address and you will need some ether on that address to send them to another address. Btw we went off topic.

I also i never saw a bounty campaign paying that coins , if you want ETH, DOGE, LITECOINS you can buy them in exchange sites . Most bounty campaigns pay there bounty hunters , tokens in which they can  exchange them to eth and other crypto currency coins. You can join in bounty campaign that is paying bitcoin , its rare to see a bounty campaign that is paying coins , mostly they are paying tokens.

you can find at Bounty sub forum or Announcement (Altcoin) , much payment using token , and exchange it.
because eth platform for bounty is too much , hope u choose where better for u.  :)

i think some of the bounty there are willing to pay you in BTC.

OP didn't asked what campaign would pay him with btc, but he is looking for campaign which willing to pay with doge or eth, he doesn't want to get paid with new tokens

Look very hard in the Service section and you might find some campaigns that pay out in ETH. There is one service (Nexchange) that offered to pay $5 to beta testers for trying out their platform, and they paid it out in the currency that you used to exchange (which is currently in Dogecoins, Ethereum or Litecoins).

But why not just earn in bitcoin and exchange it out to your preferred alt?

There was no such thing, and most of it was given away

Those are old established coins and don't need to run campaigns.

Bounty campaigns are for new coins trying to gain publicity.
