Just curious what alt coins are in your portfolio and why do you feel about the future of them?

I am just trying to store up some Hero coins for now, then I will begin gathering up more Altcoins. It's hard to keep researching these coins that just get launched.

I am a small investor, and I am holding coins like XVG, XEL, VTC, POSW, ETHEREUM. Because these coins looking so promising to give huge returns in near future.

altcoin I have quite a lot, but the most I like is ethereum,
hopefully ethereum today can reach 0.08 btc

I'm new in crypto world. My portfolio at this time:

XEM(56%), ETH(34%), Ripple(10%)

Planning to invest RocketICO and DomRaider.

Dont buy any ICO until you check everything carefully. There are a lot of scams out there. Most of the projects from ICOs will die. Only the projects with good development, strong team and idea that needed to the economy will survive.

Currently, I have BAT, ETH, SC, MCO, Waves, DGB, and KoreCoin. The future for all these coins of mine are of course bright. I bought them after looking at their projects carefully. KoreCoin will be short term for me. I might sell them when the pump happens very soon.

I just join crypto world for about 3 months so my coins are not big but I'm trying to hold what I have (DENT, PRO) and waiting for their value to get high and sell some.

I have some dogecoin, and that's it.  I've never been a big supporter of altcoins, as I think
most of them aren't going to survive.  Short term, yes; long term, no.  And since I can't and
don't use any of them to buy stuff with, there's really no need to own any.  It's bad enough
that vendors don't accept bitcoin.  Litecoin?  Good luck.  The rest are just playthings
of gamblers IMO.  I never understood the hardcore believers in coins such as 1337, TRUMP,
and all that crap.  Look at everything Yobit lists for sale and you'll see a moldering pile
of donkey dung.

I keep some coin that I like, not much but enough to find out. Some coin has very short time. Another one is very well supported

For now I'm just participating in their bounty programs. Thank you for advise. Indeed more I read about ICOs in this forum more I see that there are a lot of scams.

I keep and hold the altcoins I choose which I believe that it has a good future. Its price value will increase so Im holding ethereum, waves, and xrp. And Im also looking for other coins to trade.

I invest to bitcoin , deeponion ,bitcoin cash  , ethereum  and some altcoin  .

I keep holding all  long time   . i think they have best value then 1 year .  price is going down but will rising up very soon

I have three altcoins in my wallet, the first one is target coin that i got for the airdrop event . Second is the ethereum cause i got from the exchange of my target coin, then the third is the Trackr Token that i just got 2 days ago. I feel that they are going to rise up in the future because its a new exchange and maybe their price increase depends on the market demands.

I have three alt coins in my portfolio so far. I have Siacoin, Lisk, and Dark Ethereum. I believe Siacoin and Lisk have a future because they have a lot of use cases. As far as Dark Ethereum, I received it through an airdrop. However, it's still to early to tell if it'll have a future as it's a new coin. I'm holding on especially to Siacoin, and Lisk because I believe that they'll have a bright future in the coming year.

Now just my portfolio is arrenged by only few coins such as Waves is first postion in my portfolio list because now Waves is really very highly potential coin.ETH is my second prefer becuase ETH coin is good development.MGO is my third choice.

I used to have many alt coins, beside of BTC in the past...

However, I decided to sell majority of them and right now, I only concentrate on these alt coins: ETH, Litecoin, Dash, Ripple & Dogecoin (Yeah, I heard many said that Dogecoin is a joke coin and it won't do any good)

Soo many altcoins out there but several of them will fail tho.i choose
To hold ETH,litecoin,ripple,and dash.these coins have huge potential.

Currently I have Edgeless, DGB and Reecoin. ;)

I currently have some BTC (very few) still researching but OMG seems very good investing opportunity to me and hsould  buy soon

I only have some altcoins like eth, doge, ripple and litecoin, because many altcoins show a decrease so I just hold the coin which I think is a great altcoin, for eth I'm sure they have a good future because of the unique features they have in their platform

i have trstcoin, aeternity and doge coin. i save not for future just waiting for up price of these coins
in my opinion save in bitcoin better than saving altcoins

PAY, CVC - promising project, great team

DCR, GBYTE - fair distribution, unique governance/technology

ETH -  no.1 protocol

BCH - hedge against scaling debate/events from China

I am holding small amount of ETH, XRP and Waves. Have few thousand of WiCoin and Rbx.
Want to collect other coins from ICO but don't have enough money to invest.

I guess Dogecoin and Ethereum. Because it's easy to get them from faucets. But, only small amounts.

I am holding some Expanse cause I know
in the future it will really become successful.

The most percentage ratio now has ETH and NEM. NEM will buy more very soon.

Ethereum for long term investment
And bts for short term trade

I have sonm and waves hope it will make me rich  ;D

I have Eth,Waves,Etbs,MGO,MCO,SC,LBC,NXT and wings coin.I hope I get good profits from these coins. Because their developers are working.these coins are much better than other coins

I also still have a lot of ETH to hold on to the future although the price now is low. I also have the same beliefs as you do on the future of Etherum, they have a great community ready to continue using etherum and spread etherum. I trade on many altcoins but I just use etherum for my future investment

Ah, I love getting a chance to talk about my bags. :P

I've got small bags of Radium, Ardor, Syscoin. I've got bigger long term bags of LTC, XMR, ZEC. I don't think much of Litecoin, but the Chinese love it, and it's clearly a test bed for BTC. It'll moon again someday. As for the latter two, I think privacy coins are going to have their day in the sun in the next year. Fungibility is becoming more and more threatened everyday in BTC. I'm particularly fond of XMR and may buy more. Also looking into DASH.

Thanks for pointing out GBYTE. I know everyone says its price will never recover but they forgot that the almost $1,000 high was totally inaccurate. And the early rounds of distribution were already fair, but the developers have taken active steps to ensure even fairer distribution every round since. This is a really great alt with a model of distribution that everyone should follow.

i have eth, xrp, str, ltc, zec, dgb and many more. mostly i am not selling in this year but i might think to selling some of the coins if i see there is any significant increase for each of the coins. fortunately, i can buy when the price is in low price so wherever the price go up or down, i still make profit. i hope that in next month all of the coins is increase so i can sell for half amount.

The altcoins that I hold in a long term and at the same they are my assets and portfolio in my exchange platform  are Ethereum, waves, xem, maidsafe, bitpay, Rlc, they are good to hold and their community was also very active to patronize their coins.

I am holding these coins:
ETH, since it is widely used to buy ICO tokens;
AVT, since the team is very active and powerful;
XAS, since the platform is much better than LISK technically But the price is much lower.

i have cois for now almost 900 but i can't exchange for now because i'm waiting to become valuable, i can't give you what coins in my hand for my own reason, but i want to collect more coin as invest to become valuable in a long term.

I hold many Altcoins  :). My favourites though atm would have to be WTC (For many reasons inquire for them) and Lunyr and BAT purely because I think they are both very innovate projects and would love them to succeed in the real world.

I just want to have enough ethereum, some bitcoin cash, a lot of waves and high numbers of ARK. This altcoins have high potential to adopt the environment of crypto currency, in addition the value of these altcoins was seems increasing trends even more competition happen in digital world. Also, definitely I'm confident to the ability these common altcoins. Hoping that value of all this will continue for long time.

for now I only use etherum and waves for me to save as future investment because I see both have a great future, many people use the etherum platform to receive tokens and it becomes a boon for etherum to keep getting a lot of users, and waves also have a platform similar to etherum.

Bitcoin and ETH are my main investment. I think most of us hold some of these 2 coins.
I also invest in waves , I think it is stable enough for me to invest , every time there was a big drop to all the coins , but waves dropped a little.

As far as I understood from this thread, most of people have eth and litecoin. I used to have eth but sold what was left after most of it was stolen. I hold litecoin for the better times. I also have some IOTA, because I truly believe it's a great project and I'm surprised lots of people just ignore as if it's not there. I hold dogecoin and hope it will rise up to 50 satoshis soon (I mean, come on, it's already been there rather long) and I would like to know your opinion on this matter.
I also plan to buy some Blackmoon today, I hope it will start rising and give good profit within a month or so. I'll be watching carefully anyway.

I keep BTC on my Trezor wallet and ZRX, OMG, GNO on Ethereum wallet.

Ethereum ONLY . I believe in ETH's tech.And I will hold it for long term investment.

I have had several different altcoins, but now I have only one, besides Bitcoin. I have CORION (COR), just ended the ICO a month ago and maybe tomorrow on Cryptopia. The online wallet is ok, just some basics but more to come.

So for long term holds I am carrying some ZEC, Zcoin, ZRX, Waves, Etherium, NEO, Etherium Classic, ofcourse Bitcoins which are tucked away safely in paper wallet. For short terms swing trades I am holding VIA, ARK, SWT and a few other shitcoins.

What types of altcoin do I have? Before, I used to have about 10 types of altcoin but nowadays I focus on investing and learning about 2-3 types of altcoin that I think have the most potential. Of course, I also ask for opinions from people. Altcoin that I like most is ethereum, not only me but many others also believe that the future of eth is quite nice, at least in the next 3-4 years. It has potential and value, it's just behind Bitcoin. The other two types of altcoin are ripple and dash. Their total market capitalization is also quite high, I have looked at the analysis and found that they are quite potential :D

I like the two of your portfolio which is Xem and Eth but Ripple due to it is more on hype, and pump and dump usually happened into XRP or ripple. So much better to hold in a long term the two altcoins.

I have 4 kinds of coins. Still working for some more. Few more days and I'm gonna have the coin that i want. Still hoping for the best price.

The only altcoin I have is ETH, wish to have more alts as time goes on.
