Title: Welcome to the Bitcoin Island
Post by: CryptoBry on September 24, 2017, 03:33:37 AM

I know there is no such thing yet but it can be a good idea to have an island which can be an experimental location where cryptocurrency can be integrated into the local economy. This can be an exciting and best way to apply all the things about digital currency and more. There is already a plan for an Ethereum Island somewhere in Mauritius and I can feel that there is a need to have the same thing for Bitcoin.

Don't you think this can be a good idea and a good magnate for many tourists around the world? Here is that news about the Ethereum Island:

Quote
Ethereum startup ConsenSys and the African nation of Mauritius are actively exploring a partnership. This collaboration would allow the two to create “Ethereum Island,” a blockchain technology hub for innovators hoping to extend into Asia, Africa, and elsewhere in the world. ConsenSys founder Joseph Lubin and a team of executives toured Mauritius in early July to meet with the Bank of Mauritius, the country’s Board of Investment, and various authorities in both the public and private sectors.

Located 700 miles east of Madagascar along Africa’s eastern coast, Mauritius is an established, offshore financial hub. Now the nation is hoping to solidify itself as a leader in blockchain technologies. In 2016, it began the regulatory sandbox license process in order to appeal to blockchain innovators.

Mauritius has also been working to become a center for the migration of tech knowledge from Silicon Valley, and other innovation locations, to the rest of the world. This has been referred to as a “Silicon Corridor” approach in a local publication. Beyond this, Mauritius offers enthusiasm for blockchain technology, a knowledge of technologies and regulatory issues more generally, and the nimbleness and ability to adopt new tools and technologies quickly that is typically associated with smaller countries.

I really think that this is not really needed to be made or not a necessarily action bitcoin should take, and I think this is a real expensive to be made, I think they should make a museum instead that let's people see the history and the first existence of bitcoin and how bitcoin has made by satoshi, but certainly satoshi's identity would still be a big mystery but I think there would be more people that would get interested with bitcoin after touring a museum about it,

A good idea I hope this will be realized. Bali will be a suitable island. there are the best places around the world. and the people there know Bitcoin well.
I think this will be interesting and very challenging.
