Title: Breakout Boards: HP 1200w server boards + PCI-E question
Post by: Stockypotty on September 24, 2017, 01:11:15 PM
Hi all,

I got 3 HP 1200w servers for my L3+ miners. And in a rush I bought 3 of these:

Then realised it might not have enough PCI-E connectors. Although... am I right in saying I can use this breakout board if I get PCI-E cables that only have 2 leads instead of 6? Like these?

If so, does that cable have a name, as I can't find where to buy these in the UK?

Thanks! Sorry for the dumb question!
