To get your bitcointalk user id
In bitcointalk webpage press Profile
Then you press Forum profile information and then in your www BAR you see something like this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=868650;sa=forumProfile   ( theese numbers 868650 ) is your bitcointalk id .

Good Luck . You can hold your pos tokens in myetherwallet , but before you need to create new token in myetherwallet . Ask if you need help . Thanks
