All china bullshit didnt' bring BTC below $3500, the scammer Chase CEO didn't also bring it down...

So are we back to normal?

We should be back to normal, although we have to wait until people start feeling the need to stack up before the fork. I'm expecting the price to go up next month. 4500 this week is possible, but I wouldn't bet money on it.

Not yet but we should be back to normal within a few weeks. The uncertainty among the investors are high and hence bitcoin price is moving up slowly. It is standing at 3700 USD level now. Once the negativity is gone from the mind of the investors, the price will be back on track. However, I don't see that happening within a week or so. Wait for another 3 weeks at least to see the price back to normal if we don't face any other organized attack from the scammer Jamie. 

With the upcoming fork I expect a lot more volatility until that's sorted out. After that I'm expecting 6,000$+.

We're probably heading up to $5.000 and we will see another all time high price on the market. This should be on october 2017. Then we'll look forward for chinese thing once again.

The drop will go on at least till all the exchanges closed in china. Let's see if other countries will follow, if not, new highs seem possible.

I really don't think so. I feel it will take some more time recover and touch than $4500 level. We are facing heavy criticism from the popular banks and financial companies and the investors are afraid of investing in bitcoin in big numbers. We need to have investment in big number to recover which may take some more time. Probably another month it would take to reach that price level.

Price will stay the same and will drop when news of the upcoming hars fork in November goes mainstream.

I don't think that $4500 would be reached all that soon again. There's quite a bit of pressure from past few weeks where many traders got chances to buy much lower and have most likely not sold yet.

We're not out of the woodwork yet, but there's a high chance that most of the bad news has runs its course and there is little to care about, for now. I doubt we'll be seeing any sort of drop that is still caused by the China news from here, but it could happen if someone gets uppity. I personally much prefer having the price on the slightly lower end because it allows for people to buy up more (specifically me lol), and that in turn raises the price.

Probably back to normal in a week or two, whatever the new normal may be.

Rally at least to 4500 would be nice, but I do not think it will happen in the next days. Some good news related to btc would help, there were so many bad news recently. I saw some rumors that Amazon will start to accept btc soon. It is not confirmed, but would be great if it is true and might help to increase the price.

We won't see the value coming back to $4500 before December or 2018. Be happy the price has not gone below 3500$. Add the fact that all those people who used Bitcoin as an investment will start to say here and there how they lose money and how Bitcoin is useless to them. You can also add the fact about the fork soon which will increase the volatility and decrease the value as well. Nothing much good in perspective for the next weeks

I agree on what you mentioned. I see no way the price is hitting 4500$ in the next week. At the moment all eyes are on china. We the small investors don't care too much about the China FUD but if you have several million dollars to invest as a whale you better make sure your investment if save. There is simply too much fear driving the market right now and it will at leat go on till 30. Sptember.

Well it is not totally true that China's ban did not bring price of bitcoin below 3500 dollars. In one moment price was near 3000 dollars, but it recovered after sometime. China's ban had quite some impact on bitcoin, but bitcoin is not easily destroyed :D. I do not believe that bitcoin price will reach 4500 dollars any time soon. It is not impossible, but it will not happen for few months. It would be really good to see bitcoin price above 4500 dollars. :D

Same here, it doesn't look like happening this week and so we'd have to tighten our belts and hope for it probably next month because it looks like settling around 3.5k$ for now.

As of now the price of bitcoin is 3700 dollars and 800 dollars we need to reach 4500 dollars. We dont know when again happen that bitcoin price reach 4500 dollars maybe next month will happen because this week low percentage that price will reach. Yes there is a huge possibility that it is going to "normalize" at 4500 Dollars. But bitcoin is not really affected by speculation per se. There is no end of the trading day period for Bitcoin. It is always being traded on as always basis. So China is not even going to dampen the routine of loyal Bitcoin Traders. The JP thing is not even a factor in this case. I don't know if it will go up again. Despite it went down because of the bullshit, it was likely overpriced too and might remain at this price or even a little lower. Anyway... 3000$+ dollars is a great price! 5 months ago we were in the thousands.

I think Bitcoin is too unpredictable and unstable to make such predictions. But it seems to me that now it will grow up very slowly. But it is possible that it will grow to $ 4500 even tomorrow. I just have no doubt that it will return to normal sooner or later.

Actually, the price dropped below $3500, at approximately $3300 to be exact. Bitcoin's price isn't going to pump any time soon (At least for the following weeks) due to too many news and information flocking the internet currently. Thus, leading into a lot of misinformation.

The price this week has been stable, at $3600-$3900s. I am not positive for anything further $4000 till mid October at least.

I am not confident about this since now the price of bitcoin don't pump and remain at $3800 it has been almost a month since the value drops and no increase were happen. But I'm still hoping that this wouldn't take long and that before the year end bitcoin will reach $5000 again. Let us hope and pray for the better appreciation of bitcoin ahead

I cannot predict for sure. but that growth will happen soon. look at some of the symptoms that occur this week, if true what I research happens, I make sure bitcoin will experience an increase again.

Maybe this will still be quite far away. But we must be optimistic that there will be a rise in bitcoin prices. Now the bitcoin price is in the 3700 $ price range. It is still quite far if you want to reach 4500 $. We wait a few more days hopefully there is positive news that can boost the increase of significant bitcoin prices. But if you have to choose then I would prefer to get a stable price. Due to the steady increase in prices will make the bitcoin price stronger and harder to be affected by the bad news in circulation.

This is unusual or we are just already sick and used to the drama's and this shill that is bringing nothing good to bitcoin but only thinks about himself. Possible that everyone is already aware about Dimon's tactics since news are scattered around when we have seen the price of bitcoin starts to drop, his company bought a lot of it. And hopefully that we are about to see the price of bitcoin go up to $4,000 soon.

It could be hard at this moment to rich $4500, since China have in struggling this issues towards crypto. But then, we won't be worried because once it become resolve a huge possibility that it will back to it's normal flow. Since China is contributing a large numbers of bitcoin, we expect a huge impact to us in bitcoin rate.

i'm guessing you don't mean the "return to normal" phase of the bubble chart, but it may have been the perfect term to use. after every bubble pop, BTC has always had a massive bounce (past the 61.8% fib line) that has resembled the "return to normal" phase before a significant decline in price (if not an outright crash). so in that sense, even if the bubble has popped for now, $4500 is entirely possible before more decline. i'm not sure that we've topped, i'm just throwing this out there...

Yes I don't think it's going to be this week or this month because it doesn't seem to be growing per the market analysis and statistics for the past week. It's rather looking to stabilize around $3600 and this is likely going to be the rate by the end of the month.

Bitcoin is currently in what i will term an aftershock, Investors are still skeptical about the Chinese threats of banning the cryptocurrency after they told all exchanges to halt businesses and wait for a license to operate. Until we fully know what actions they plan to take next i think Bitcoin will be hovering around $3800 and $4000 for the time being.

Let's stay positive bitcoin can still make some new records on it's top price for 2017. It maybe a long ride before it reach $4500 again but it will worth a ride, atleast until December.

I don't feel any 4500$ vibe this week, Bitcoin price movement has been stuck lately, it is between 3700$ and seems like nothing big going to happen this week to boost the price to 4500$ and if within a week the price jump to 4500$ there will correction price, so I think we need more time to be able to reach 4500$ and stable in that position

It is just ridiculous after all there effort to try bringing bitcoin were all in vain. The CEO jp mortgage keep saying everyday that bitcoin is a fraud and when bitcoin is in a dip, he buys faster than anyone. Maybe he thinks that it is the faster way to make money than his own banking system. I thought china banning bitcoin would hurt it but it seems china was not the biggest investor btc. Now we can finally move forward.

First you gotta define normal. The BTC roller-coaster is perfectly "normal" for BTC, maybe not so normal for something else. Secondly, no I don't think the FUD is over - in particular you gotta look out for the Communist Party Congress in China in late October, lots of speculation from there before that's over.

Having said that $4,500 could happen - but so could $5,500 or $2,500.

I wish we back to normal price but sometimes we cannot avoid some problems so lets face it and move on and go on to what we do for the better. Bitcoin is no stable price so don't panic be positive that will always rise the price.

A lot of negativity on the news are spreading right now but particular to this they never have taken BTC further even with the recent FUD that Jamie Dimon talk about bitcoin, but I think Bill gates positive feed back have Subside the storm that is why the value didn't drop any further, but I see some resistance over the price that is why it will not rise anytime soon.

I don't think we will hit $4500 again this week. I think it will takes 1month or maybe 2 months to make it possible again. Bitcoin now is a good buy for those investors who wants to invest so they can earn profit in the future (maybe after 2 months ;D)

Amazon accepting bitcoin as a payement will not be the reason for bitcoin to be back to 4500$. It's really not clear now wether it going up or down. Bitcoin is not over the China ban yet. I expected it to be back to 4k after only a week from the ban but it's still away  from that. No one figure out what's next for bitcoin, but we all hope it reachs 5k as like it was expected days away from china ban.

At present we've been gaining more and more support for bitcoin in various forms. Starting from adoption happening as a whole to a investment source for people of all levels. Maybe we need to wait for few more weeks to reach the value from which we started to decrease in value towards the the value lower to $3000.

My opinion is that there is nothing normal at all about bitcoin, so it is really impossible to say what will happen in the short term.  I look at the long term, like 5 years from now.  I ask myself, is it likely that it will be worth more in 5 years than it is today?  So far the answer is yes, so I continue to hold.  But cryptos are still in their infancy.  How long have stocks been around?  Gold?  Etc?  Literally anything can happen.  We could wake up tomorrow and the price could be 0, or a million, or anything.

But predicting next week's price is pointless.  Basically, unlike most other investment option, the market cap directly influences the price.  Every publicly traded company can print more shares of stock (and do on a regular basis, so much so that any analyst worth his salt will calculate DILUTED shares), but bitcoin is fixed.  More gold mines can be found here or even off planet.  So if people in charge of assets, whether they are rich, fund managers, etc, decide to put more money into btc and thus increase the market cap, then it will go up without qualification.  But anything can happen in the short run and the market cap is really really small even today compared to other assets used as storage of wealth, so if money comes in then it goes up and vice versa, but there is really no good way to predict these things.

However I believe in the long run that more money will come in, and price will go up.  The exact number?  If you told me that it would reach the high 4K in 2017 I would have been skeptical.  Very.  Anything can happen, and happen fast, good or bad.  I am bullish but don't put your eggs in one basket, ever, no matter how good it looks.

I am also hoping for that but unfortunately, it may not happen this week. Let us wait for the following months. All things are possible and may happen. Let us all wait patiently until bitcoin reach that price once again.

The real test is up to the end of the week. We all heard that Chinese exchanges are closing at Sept 28. And for me, it could impact the price this coming week. We could see potential dumps along the way up until the end of the month. So for me $4500 in very unlikely to be touch again this week. Heck, we may seen FUD again creating panic among newbies and inexperience trader that they may also sell as well. So don't be foolish when you read FUD here. Its part of their game to manipulate the price to their advantage and buy it at the floor price. I doubt that $4500 will be reach this week. But I'm optimistic that we can get there once again but not this week.

Bitcoin much need more development in terms of transaction and security. Which could be a better way for it to become popular for people to used in investments and transaction. If it would just aim to pump its price it could just make it a expensive currency and people don't need much of a expensive currency rather than a much more easier and reliable form of crypto-currency.

Its always China that gets blamed for the price of the Bitcoin coming down, though the Chinese only hold a mere 15% of the total bitcoins(although they control majority of the mining). Again its the big whales and the stupid CEOs who can really well control the price of bitcoin to some extent. I don't believe that  we'll go beyond 4.5K this week. But at the same time, we won't go below the current price too. Expect to see some stability this week, and wait for the rise next week. Hope to see it touch 5K again.

If you look at any chart it will seem like the bubble is bursting now, but considering that is exactly what I thought last time this happened (before we broke 3k) it would not be surprising to see the price jump again to something like $6-7,000. When you consider this literally just happened a few months ago and we recovered and continued rising it all makes sense. However, I think next time there will be a massive crash and we will not recover for multiple years.

Is google gonna make the investment this week ? No man it's not coming back that easily. Though the china thing has disappeared now but it's still the time for big investors to jump in. These guys will play very safe and they might be looking for more news from china regulations and that too very patiently. That's why they are big players of bitcoin. In any way bitcoin will come up but we have to be patient as well because the vulnerability of many things has not surpassed the market. Many people are still panicked and are not willing to take the chance after they have lost their money. It's bitcoin, it will come up surely but not this week.

I think this China trouble is not over yet. Hopefully the price will climb again and people has already found ways to buy it cheap while it is still under 4000 USD barrier.

I dont see any thing happening this week which can make price back to 4500$. I will take at least two weeks, before i can see bitcoin will recover to its price. Actually china News has dent the market badly and many people have sold their bitcoins at a good price. But that is not the end. Bitcoin price will be recovered with time. Yep, there were too many bad news recently, but the correction was needed anyway. Now, waiting for some good news and the price will go up again. It actually went up today, hope there will not be 4k resistance.

This week its possible we see BTC hit above $4000 but than again when we are at the end of the month with all the banning on exchanges in China you should expect the price to go down again near the $3500s after this week I think we are bullish and going towards $5000, $6000 is very possible before Christmas because after the China nonsense people will start investing again and the price will go up again.

That's right I agree with you on this one. As of this moment we're at 4400 and will go up to 4500 within the week. That means we're getting closer to 5K again and if we are really lucky this month we might have  new ATH. Let's just keep on hoping and holding our coins and maybe invest a little more for that to happen. There are very much chances of this thing to happen. The problem is only with China. They have asked the exchanges to close down the BTC/CNY trade. In South Korea, the government has banned only the ICOs. There is no issue with the KRW/BTC trade. But I am really sad. Due to this FUD about China and South Korea, everyone is ignoring a very important news from Japan. The government there gave official permits to 11 Bitcoin exchanges a few days back.

Before china banning btc reach almost $4900 of its price, when btc recovered from its dip it became too long and too slow to bring it back to $4k,but atleast it recovering and still stand still without China,so if it reach $4500 again then it's a great thing.

China has not banned btc as a whole and have banned only ICOs and no doubt price fell down at that time but now it has started to recover once again and it has already crossed the price levels of $4600 today so we may see much higher price in coming days but one thing is sure that if the rise continues then we will see $5000 price before the end of the year.
