Guys i have 4 rigs, 1060 cards and rx 480 cards.
What to mine show that the best coin to mine for me is eth and sigt and zcash.
Someone has some advice and a good coin to mine not listed on whattomine siteweb?

I've been mining SIKKA coin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2197967.0 for a couple of days but stopped for now. It's risky with those new coins, might never hit an exchange.

There have been many new released coins lately in the ANN section. Of course many of them have no future and is a waste of hash and time to mine .

i mean what is good to mine doing profit. some good coin for example eth difficulty is very high now cause of the next hard fork people are mining all eth possible before hard fork.
etc is good now to mine price 10 usd which it will go up to 20 again and low difficolty

Anyone know musicoin? is it still profitable?i wanted to switch from ETH to musicoin but I would like to know other opinions...

but it's not for fast profit, because no exchange at the moment

Nowadays Eth coin is the best coin to be mined dear but yes it has difficulty increased by before but you can see the hard fork coming for Eth so its value may rise so Eth is a good option. Else mine MONERO coin and Women coin.

Well you could go to whattomine.com (http://whattomine.com), put in your GPU/ASIC, and calculate the most profitable coin with electricity costs, energy consumption, etc all calculated for you and you would never need to ask anyone for the most profitable coin again. If you do not mind the ads I feel that this website is the best as the difficulty, exchange rate etc are all up-to-date and you will have less fears about any outdated information ruining your mining profits.

I heard that GPU mining with ETH is still profit. If we are going to mine a new coin, what is the guarantee that the coin will succeed and not going to bump ? Like for example ETH and BTC, we all know that those 2 coin is the best. But BTC mining is dead now, we need a lot more hardware to make profit for BTC. We need other coin that is 1 rank below BTC. If BTC is the best coin in the world, then we need the second best coin in the world. ;D What is it ?

ZEC with 1060, try XMR with 480. ETH has difficulty problem now.

I heard there is a mining software called MinerGate, which not only mine, but also calculates the mining profitability for each cryptocurrency.

I used MinerGate before and was never able to withdraw the coins I mined. Complete scam.

Just look to the whattomine.com. According to this site, Zcash and Zencash are favorites. But mining Zcash is famous for its unstable work. As for me, LBRY Credits has a lot of potential growth.

I used to mine bitcoin a lot.  Now I've got a garage of dusty mining gear, and have gone all in on Masternode coins instead.  Beats mining hands down!  No gear to buy, no extra power to pay for.

I use XenServer and host several nodes on a single PC.  The profit potential is pretty ridiculous if you diversify into a few of these coins.

there are many coins out there that whattomine dont include in searching.
for example neoscrypt algho missing there is:
vivo coin which i get 670kh each 1060 3gb very good result and much profitable.
there is:
btx too bitcore more profitable than eth 1060 3gb get 12mh with spmod2

monacoin Lyra2REv2 too

If you want to mine promising coins, use whattomine. If not, make your research, there are several coins to mine which have much higher profits than top5 in whattomine.

See what's hot right now, try to calculate losses and profit, like you would if you were calculating your taxes (that's a good practice). It's all just thoughts and words, unless you place the numbers on a piece of paper

Lbry for me, always have mined it and it's made me ROI a few times over.

My favorites are - Zcash, Ethereum & Ethereum Classic. Still it would be nice to start mine Bitcoin gold, especially as it can mine on the GPUs. But while in some kind of troubles...

what miner are you using for btx? link? I cannot find btx in spmod2, but only in tpruvot.

MinerGate is not a scam... I started out on in before I learned how to do real mining and was able to move off every single fraction of coins I earned there.  It's a decent place to start out for newbs who are learning about mining, but you will eventually need to go to Claymore or Wolf miners or Nicehash if you really want to earn the most out of your rigs. 

Also, certainly MusicCoin is still profitable and not only that, it's been right on par with or better than ETH for the past few months now. As others have mentioned, a simple check of whattomine will show this, although certainly all newer coins do not show up on there.

ethereum is the best option for gpu rigs. Its stable and profitable.
For x11 its really complicated. I am also looking for some nice coins which is profitable.

Depends which one ccminer u are using. Ccminer spmod2 is the fast one.

It might be a good idea to mine Bitcoin Gold if you intend to hold your coins. AFAIK, they're also using equihash, so it can be really good for GPUs.

I tried to mine Monacoin, but with ccminer I get a keccak256 ( line 199 or 299 ) error. I have tried different ccminer version an updated my drivers.

It is a little bit buggy but it have some coins that are not listed by whattomine.
Thanks to this calculator I have started to mining GoByte with my nvidia GPUs.
I am not sure that the numbers are correct but it is worth a try.

It would be great if people can report actual profits (preferably USD) along with sol or mh values. I am mining zcash@flypool at the moment and with 6300 sol, I am getting about 0.11 zcash/day (about 50usd/day).

I've tested both BTG on Supernova and ZEC on Flypool. I am making way more with ZEC than BTG. Flypool dominates ZEC, whereas BTG doesn't appear to be finding as many blocks to make that actual revenue I see on a 24-hour basis top ZEC or even come close to WhatToMine estimates.

I did roughly $60/day on ZEC and $45/day on BTG. In the last 24 hours, Supernova found 51 blocks of BTG and Flypool found 240 blocks of ZEC.

Plus, I believe in ZEC long-term more than BTG so there's even more incentive to mine it. Using WhatToMine is only good for broad estimates. Your real revenue is still based on the performance of the pool you are mining with.

Lets see with BTG:

-Delayed start (target was Nov 1st, didnt get to it until Nov. 12th)
-Coin was pre-mined about 50,000 coin in supply? WTF
-DDos attack on website at launch
-Official wallet infected with malware mid november (how do I know the current one isn't)
-Unknown dev team and looking at above items not too competent either.
-No real road map or objective other than giving gpu miners a chance.

About a month since launching and is a cluster f*** already.

-PS almost forgot the icing on the cake. In order to claim my BTG at launch from non compatible wallets I need to export my private keys to other officially supported wallets. eff that noise.

I think Ethereum mine is very good, but for the time being crowded people mine Electroneum, many people who get more benefits than Electroneum.

It is safer to mine bitcoin and eth.  This two has a value that is widely accepted.  Mining entails expenses like electrcity, wear and tear of equipment, and internet fees.  Mining other digital currency entails risk value that could deplete one's resources. 

You cannot always mine whatever is the most profitable today and exchange it to eth or btc right away. This way you can get more eth compared to mining it directly.

You do realize that ETH on 1080tis is waste of electricity?  And not thanks ICO/premine.

What happened to that buzzcoin?  it promised 1200% PoS in a year.  It was 0.002 cents and still is I don't know how many months later...

Still sticking with ZEC.  Got 4 x 1080tis until they burn out...

I mined ETN too for a month, waste of electricity...  (50%, then 35% pool negative luck 'fee'?, that means someone is using your hashpower).

Looks at the number of coins and marketcap with ETN.  It's a CPU coin.
