I need your help on this one: 17 days ago I withdrawn 21.000 NXT from C-CEX exchange to my NXT wallet and the transaction was "Successful" and I have the transaction ID. But the fact is that I'm still waiting. I sent 2 messages to the support the next 3 days after that, and 2 weeks later not one reply... I am considering to report the situation, so can anyone tell me what is the most appropriate place to do so? I think C-CEX is UK based. Thanks a lot John F.
