Hello to all,
i write on behalf of pollforall,
write with Post because after couple of PM's to moderators and administrator .
the profile pollforall was be compromised/hacked early this month.

i showed the hacker changed password :

so this is hack by the forum not from emails because if was be from the email will show and password reset by email - this acitivity missing.
after this the hacker deleted detail from my profile associated BTC address and may be and other thing.
and i show created and strange post , may be hacker mistake or ...

this post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2118988.msg21873922#msg21873922 is not created by pollforall is created by the hacker.
may be from profile is created couple of messages that spamed .

pollforall is loyality and using forum from long time.

1.I don't think your account is hacked,your account is locked while changing the password through secret question settings.

2.Recovering accounts being the least priority of the forum admins,you never know how long before they recover your account.All you can do is wait.People have been waiting for several months.
Sending messages to Global Mods won't help,only admins can recover the account.

before try to changing password with secret questions:
1. Cannot access profile...
2. Cannot access email with profile...
3. created post with profile that is not created by really pollforall
4. deleted associated BTC address with profile and may be and other info.

Forgive my laziness in reading the entire thread and thanks for summing it up. Regardless hacked or lost,the account recovery process remains the same.Unless you're an exceptional contributor/Donator they won't recover your account on a priority basis.Actually,if you're lucky enough they just might.For now,have faith that someday you will get your account back.  :)

the bad is this currently affects and other people in the forum because i am loyality developer, and currently allot of jobs with people are interrupted/delayed  because this process from recover profile is so slowly.

i waiting Curys or theymos helped to recover my profile but nothing for now.....may be long queue of requests,
i know may be they are very busy but.....  :(
