Would anyone like to help me? I'm new to bitcoin and I don't understand mining, could someone explain it to me and offer a small loan?

How is 1 USD gonna help you, why are you not buying bitcoin if you are interested on it?
You don't get any satoshi without collateral, since you just made an account and now you ask for 1 USD. Everyone would do that if they got a free dollar everytime.
Im pretty sure you already know what bitcoin is, and what you can do with it since you started to beg on the first post that you came here.
Lock your thread, since you are wasting our time and your time, no matter how many new accounts you make, you won't still get a dime.

You are accusing me of fraud and slandering my reputation. I have never made any other account and I am actually new. I just wanted the $1 because it seems that most bitcoin mining services require some sort of payment. I wasn't 'begging' for money, I just wanted somewhere to start. I came to these fourms looking for information on something I find confusing. I am only 15 so this is my first experience with virtual currency. Is any of this wrong or bad? I don't know how much $1 can help but it can't hurt me, can it? I can't buy it myself because my parents are staunch democrats and pro-fed and they hate bitcoin, they said I can open an account and buy bitcoin in a few years. I just want support man, I'm not being malicious

What reputation are you talking about right now? You don't have any reputation here ::)

I have never made any other account and I am actually new.

There is no way to prove this, and it does not matter.

I just wanted the $1 because it seems that most bitcoin mining services require some sort of payment.

Cloud mining is not profitable, and also are most often scams. Mining is done by users with SHA-256 ASIC's, which cost quite alot (alot more than 1$).

I am only 15 so this is my first experience with virtual currency. Is any of this wrong or bad? I don't know how much $1 can help but it can't hurt me, can it?

Lending to underage is illegal on most countries, so no one is gonna lend you anything. Also it cannot hurt you, but it can hurt the lender if you default (which i think you were planning all the way).

Sounds like a made up story, no one is gonna support that. Do yourself a favor and forget about it, the lock button is located at the left side of bottom of the page.

But of course, if you are being serious about this, you can exchange giftcards over at Currency exchange section (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0) of the forum, buy BTC with cash from atm or you can search for a cash to BTC trade over at Localbitcoins (https://localbitcoins.com).

Lol.

The era of free Bitcoins is over since Bitcoins are worth quite a lot of real dollars.
I tell you what: I'll give you 20k free Bytes and 40k free Blackbytes instead if you install the Byteball (http://byteball.org/) wallet and say hi to me in the wallet's chat. Use pairing code A8JlWkrGQd9XxG7VPAtyWs2uzVuVqMlJOBpu8rusG8v0@byteball.org/bb#d0cJPpIwPsd6 if you want this.

For the rest: forget about mining, work to earn Bitcoins (or dollars to buy Bitcoins), don't beg. It's also a violation of forum rules, we all know you have neither the means nor the intention to pay it back.

Thank you for the part at the end. I live in the USA. I'm sorry if my story sounds hard to believe but I live in Greater Philly which is very dem-oriented

You live in US,you dont understand mining and thus you want a small loan to get started. How crazy that sounds?!Meaningless sentences.
The only thing that is obvious is that you are a beggar and beggars are not allowed here.

Bye,bye noobie! ;D

I don't understand how it sounds because I don't understand bitcoin, that's why I was asking for someone to explain mining.

You say that you don't understand bitcoin... but it seems that you understand enough to beg.

If it's explanation that you seek, than why did you post in the landing section?

If indeed you really don't understand what begging means (but I find this hard to belive, regardless if you beg for money, BTC or anything else), then think about this way: If every new account would receive $1, that you could easily make $100 a day. It takes just a few minutes or less to create a new account and this forum will be filled with ten of thousands of useless users and posts.

Now, close this thread and contribute to this forum in a positive manner.

Maybe you should try out any of those free faucets instead of seeking for 1 USD loan, that you will never get, to start/pay for the mining service.

I'm also new to bitcoin lending, and curious what kind of collateral is often presented.

BTW, are there lenders where unpaid interest is tacked onto the principal

If you're just giving it away.... Hi.  How's it going?  Got some of the free money left? lol
