All account worth is determined based on factors, such as trust, previous tradings and how old it is though I spoke to few escrows and I will take few opinions from people I know before I successfully lend money. Denied mainly because "This user's email address was changed recently" All accounts are held by a Third-Party Escrow to be provided by borrower though I will verify if the person can be used as Escrow or not.
