This smells like a deathtrap for your power supply/video card (dead shorting, wrong pins)

This doesn't make sense. What other two pins? The +2 to make it an 8 pin? Those are supposed to be grounds. I still request to see a picture of the wire colors coming to the 6+2 pin connector. |
