The perfect storm is brewing for a $1k NEO +massive dividend of GAS in the next 1-2 yrs

A lot can happen in 1-2 years.  It is certainly possible, it just depends on what obstacles come up along the way.  In the short term, NEO has started making a nice recovery and with the Red Pulse ICO starting on the 8th October I am expecting to see a nice jump in the price.  I waited a bit too long to stock up on some more NEO and I don't feel like jumping in just after a rally up in price; if we see another dip I'll get a few more NEO for my wallet ;)

From what i have read NEO look very promising but that price increase could have just been due to the hype around the coin, not saying that the coin is not good or cannot skyrocket, but generally people cause a hype the coin skyrockets, people get rich/lose money and then the price settles.

It is quite possiblr that NEO will skyrocket, but I would say that most of the top crypto currecies and tokens will. Some of them more or less than others, but if you hold any of them, you should get some nice profit in the following months.
We are now struggling with regulation talks in many countries, but once it's over and we have some legal framework for cryptos, big money will flow in.

My own benchmark for NEO price is Ethereum, the way it is being marketed is that it is the new China Ethereum, I think it can touch Ethereum price easily once all these uncertianties is settles but I think Boscoin too is coming to the market soon and this will have a huge selling point on S. Korea

NEO is practically ETH without the huge Ether foundation behind it. all the rise you see is because of that but you can not expect unrealistic rises to huge prices because NEO lacks the support of the deep manipulative pockets that ETH has.

Ethereum needs to rise 30 times in order to be double. Neo is very well projected and will increase but it is difficult to shorten 30 times.

Neo is indeed growing rapidly. Yet it has nothing to do with Koreans, they trade only 2% of the volume for now. A lot is traded for dollars, apart from btc, but I'm not sure that means people from USA are doing this. Neo is probably up due to Onchain partnership, but I still didn't think something like this could pump the price so much.

What news are coming from china? Where do you find them? How high to you think NEO will go?

Today, my belief changed to NEO can rise.It has a capacity to rise at 100$,but 1000$ is so hard.Buy and hold 1 or 2 years.

NEO's current rate as per coinmarketcap.com is $42.55. Reaching $1000 in an year or two, is possible if, as you said,  the people gives importants and buys NEO.  NEO does have a steady growth till now.  Rocket growth is not expected. But if this happens, yes it's more welcoming.

Of course NEO will hit $1,000 but the bear market will come beforehand and a whole market cap goes down 10 or even 20 times. Therefore I think very likely in 5 years, but I am going to buy at 5$ while bear market.

Of course it is healthy. It is not supposed to be sustainable. It will recover from the China ICO ban news as it becomes the ICO platform for China. Growth matches news, and the news is on the way. Price will rise as adoption grows and stabilise at over $100 in the next weeks I imagine. For now it will just rise until at least Monday when Asia wakes up.

I want to stockpile some NEO but not at these prices, I'm operating under the premise that Bitcoin or a similar coin will sky rocket and create a heavy bear market for at least a few days on the ALT genre. Suppose a fork happens with Bitcoin in December that everybody wants to be apart of or some bullish news happens in the December. NEO will see 20-30 again if not a lot lower, definitely not buying at 40's-50's.

Today came a lot of new news and rumors about the neo. If at least half of them true, hell I think you can really see the rocket in $ 100. I can already see that neo can even crush ETH

$1,000 is really possible. We did experienced it already over and over again in the past how influential the Chinese market including crypto. Is it only Adex in the NEO platform? Adex got Jihan as their adviser too. Seems I am already late on NEO but Adex I did bought some already.

I think NEO will hit 1000$, but not anytime soon. It has a huge community, institutional support, (important) ICOs being created off it's blockchain which only substantiates its use-cases and hard-working developers. It also has a foot in the top 10 as cryptocurrencies gain mainstream adoption, which will only help in assuring NEO's weightiness remains so as money runs from fiat and shitcoins to innovative, broadly-applicable cryptocurrencies that have garnered belief and support from the cryptocommunity.


And I completely agree with this. If you know how to trade (as in you have experience in consistently making successful trades in this market), then I'd recommend trading NEO as it will see sharp movement towards the end of the year *I THINK* based on whay my brain has subconsciously accumulated and incubated.

neo price will grow for sure but i dont think can reach $1000 for short even mid-long term. there is big way to reach $1000. look at eth. there are hundreds of token based eth network and its used by millions people every time. but price is still about $750.

I think it might happen, as NEO is similar to ETH but better in some aspects (transaction speeds, transactions per block). If the market will not crash, it might reach that amount, but not so quickly.

I do not think that the price will rise so high. NEO has potential, but $ 1,250 by the end of the year is probably a very optimistic prediction.

I dont think neo will sky rocket to $1000 if bitcoin stay at this price. But if bitcoin break $50k neo possibly can touch that price. Neo have a hige community and it is uses like ethereum but many project still choose ethereum then neo. Maybe because many developer only knows about ethereum.

NEO supports more programming languages then ethereum which only supports solidity. Hardly anyone knows solidity so there will be a huge shift towards NEO this year, especially east asian developers. $1000 is certainly possible for NEO in 2018 as ETH went from $100 to $1000 last year and their platform is overcrowded now.
