Title: BITCOIN hits £3k
Post by: rafter_01 on September 27, 2017, 10:46:28 AM
Hi All,

BTC has hit 3k, kind of worrying for me as i was thinking of investing last week when it had a big drop but now its gone back up to £3k. I was waiting for the exchanges to close on the 30th so i could possibly buy some BTC when it was cheaper.

What advice would you guys give? Shall i buy some now before it goes even higher or wait for it to drop when the exchanges close?

I know it's a volatile market and no1 knows for certain what will happen.

Neo was around £12, i knew i should have bought some of them too.

A bit disheartened.

Cheers

My advice: Sit tight and wait for cheaper prices ;) Maybe in few weeks we will see another pullback towards 2500 level.

Check for another promising altcoin which is lower than this and increase to big amount. Other than that monero is one of the good investment option for altcoin users you can invest to there to get the profit much faster.
Bitcoin is value now touch around 4000$ but I am sure the value is increasing to big amount in some months.

Are you really damn serious about what you are speaking about?
We ought to see the prices above and you are saying that it may dump down back? Don't you think that the OP should ride the current swings of the markets? I see no obstacles for Bitcoins to reach 4500 and that could give them 10% easily over their investment. They may sell and wait for November to kick in and buy back (only) if the price pulls back itself towards downside.

If your investment will only be in bitcoin then I will advise you to buy now as what will happen on 30th September has already been computed into price action we have witnessed through out last week! Chinese traders volume has drastically dropped and even if the whole cryptocurrency is completely banned in China on September 30th  we may not see any china investors in the market again. China trading  volume has dropped from around 90% to below 60%.

The price had already hit $4k today, and right now it is $4,077 on CoinDesk, so maybe you should have invested last week when the price was quite low. Or maybe it is still not that late to invest, as of now the price might go a little higher after all those news and etc and the community seems quite relaxed now, so maybe if you still invest, you can get some bucks after a week or so, if you are thinking short term.

He's using euro in bitcoin trading and that's why he worries that much, he's from euro zone. Assians are very free that they made sure china won't kill bitcoin. The others keep panicking instead assians.

Yes there was massive pump in the price of bitcoin after been in the dip for some days and all thanks to Japanese/Korean side for embracing bitcoin after the reject of Chinese. My advice is that, you still have to wait till it October 30th cause some dip will happen.

It's never too late to buy in. You don't have to buy a while Bitcoin but can buy in gradually in smaller denominations. It's a risk just like all investments. If you wait the price could go down and you'd kick yourself for buying now. On the other hand it could go up a lot and you'll regret not buying in at this price level when you had the chance.

No one has a clue where the price is headed but you're getting this speculation thing all wrong.

The key moment was when the news broke about the exchanges closing, not when the exchanges close.

No one'll give a shit by that point as it's been long since digested and priced in. The Chinese market is already a dead irrelevance. By the time their actual closure happens they'll be ghost towns.

And the two biggest Chinese exchanges don't close on the 30th anyway. Choose something else to focus on.

Where you get this informations from?  I don't know of even 60% volume of all Bitcoins is possible in just one country.

What? Could that be possible? 3,000 pound is not a joke! There is a possibility to kick in in November. How interesting! I guess it's not only in November perhaps until December comes. Due to the higher demands of bitcoin investors, there is a tendency that the price will keep on bloating. On the other hand, this means that others will be having hard time to sell specially when the price bloats. Fortunately, trading your bitcoin would be a good idea in that matter soon. If only bitcoin doesn't go down each time or each day, maybe many newbie investors now are lucky enough to be an instant millionaire. Still,it depends on your hardwork to earn.

Price is up 8% fast in just one day today... maybe not so hard work to just make trading money.  Don't need hold forever, just get one big swing up and cash out.

That is why buying bitcoin everytime you are seeing still cheap is a good time to buy there is no time to be exact and now you are regretting that the price of bitcoin was increase. Bitcoin is unpredictable and volatile so its impossible that you could know when the price can be increase its always surprising.. for Neo looks like the movement again increases since there are lots of supporters of this neo also in facebook i was expected that this coin can be increase its value. .

Bitcoin will continuously increase over time. So I think you can buy it without worry. The current price is $ 4000. You only need to accumulate to increase the amount of Bitcoin. If you invest long term, Bitcoin price you can rest assured!

I wouldn't recommend panic buying right now.

I would say that we'll probably experience a pullback from the current price to around $4000 per coin, or potentially even less before going up again. Don't buy when the price has risen so much in one day.

When that dip happens, that's the best time to stack up on your long positions.

If you can afford to risk the money on hand then i'd say go for it - i think this current bull market is pretty strong and imo you should at least make around $200-300 per coin from buying into btc right now.

I woudl not recommend going "all-in", however. We are probably in a bubble, and in a bubble everything can come crashing down.

Also if you were going to start buying right now, i'd suggest setting a target like $5k when you sell your btc. Don't get overtaken by emotions.

I think that the most likely thing that is going to happen is that some sort of news will come out either this month or next month causing a temporary panic before the price returns to where it should be and gain some more profits.

Buy bitcoin when people are panicking.

Right now, bitcoin has essentially risen around 15% in 3 days - there will be some sort of adjustment in price before getting pumped again.

This will be hard kick. They are thinking to create bitcoingold similar to bitcoincash, but this might be very wrong cuz this is planed for November or last i read late october 25 or 26 october. Price is started to go up, and many look for good ICO opportunity to be rick with minimum investment, and we saw that not many goes as full success at the end.

For bitcoin price this is always unpredictable good news is that is started to go where it was been, going up, many alt have follow bitcoin, now you might look for good opportunity to try to pick the right one and make profit.

If you have the money for it then just invest now. It's not wrong to wait for a cheaper price, but nothing would really happen if you just wait. There is always a possibility that bitcoin will decrease, but currently there is an even greater chance that bitcoin will keep increasing.

Although some rumors said that btc will fall down but i don't think so. After fall down 3000$,  bitcoin is start to growing up and now the price of bitcoin is around 4322$ and will gonna raise up. Besides i think this is good time to buy bitcoin and makes profit from bitcoin...

Bitcoin gold can be also the same as bitcoin cash after fork .. bitcoin will be stay strong and i am not expecting for the price of bitcoin could be fall down because of the fork.. i am just relaying in the past year if what happen for the movement of the price of bitcoin i believe that bitcoin will rise more   the same as what happen last year and past 2 years ago.. this is my own speculation ..
Since we are not success in bitcoin cash before i believe that bitcoin gold also will be same as bitcoin cash.. Since bitcoin gold is free there is no problem to claim it and sell and gain more profit just don't forget that you have the backup private keys of your bitcoin wallet..
