I dont understand what exactly you mean to say by "loyal attitude". If you want to know the legal status of bitcoin in your country thats a different topic.

Considering what you have written in your OP, I understand that most advertisements in your country are negative about bitcoin. You must understand that there are people who dont like bitcoin at all and really consider it as a ponzi scheme.

It is upto you to decide whether you will also believe the same or not. In our country people are more bothered about making money rather than calling it a ponzi scheme but if your country considers bitcoin illegal then you should be careful and stop doing transactions immediately.

Governments around the world, and their Mainstream media puppets are going to be largely against BTC and other Cryptos, no matter where you go, as they are a direct threat to their monopoly over the money supply. You can't blame them for being negative on BTC.

People however, are entirely different, and those who know what cryptos are, typically think it is a great idea and support it.

We also just recently had JP Morgan calling it a fraud and it will be closed, most countries and especially the banking cartels will be against bitcoin and crypto currencies, they will ultimately fail in the long run.

I think Japan is the most loyal attitude or faithful standpoint for bitcoin. After investors leave China market, Japan becomes the largest Bitcoin market. Also, according to the Financial Times report Japan is considering making a digital currency to be used in upcoming 2020 Tokyo Olympic games.

I think Far east countries like philippines are the most loyal one to bitcoin. These countiries are really paying attention to cyrptocurrency world. I am sure that Bitcoin will replace currencies in these countiries near future.

good thing with that wallet too that they allow people around our country to use the service, there's a lots of things that we can use our web wallet and that's our advantage and that's also attracting more interested investors as they see that bitcoin is not only an investment but can also served as an online wallet to transfer money or pay bills in the comfort of you computer or devices that have access to internet. so I can also say that our country can also be consider as what OP's looking.

I don't really understand what you meant by loyal. But a country that is way too positive about Bitcoin is definitely Japan. The way government and citizens are participating in cryptos is indeed great. Almost all the merchants in Japan are accepting Bitcoin and increasing its utility. I hope many other countries too follow the same suit.

I believe that there are haters and lovers everywhere for everything. Some people like bitcoin and some hates it by telling that it's a ponzi scheme. But for you being a member here in this forum, shows that you like bitcoin, its up to you whether you like or not.Countries like japan,India are more loyal to Bitcoins as they are trying their best to make cryptocurrency and blockchain as a part of their national payment system. I came to know that reserve bank of india will soon release their Own Cryptocoin names "LAKSHMI COIN" for making transactions easier and faster by paying less taxes.

I didn't understand as well yet I'll say Japan for this. They showed their loyalty to the bitcoin by declaring bitcoin as an official economic asset.

What I think is the country you are living in is trying to show bitcoin as negative concept is because it is government propaganda. I'll tell you why because Bitcoin is decentralized and government has no control over it and the government will never want to have a currency flowing in their country over which they don't have control over it, they can't tax it. So they are trying to keep the people out of Bitcoin. That's all I can say now.

I think no one has listed Australia here, according to me it is one of the most friendly and loyal attitude towards Bitcoin. The government also exempted digital currency from value-added tax (VAT) also recently on July 1, 2017 it was issued by the government that Bitcoin will be treated money and will also protect Bitcoin businesses and exchanges, Also you will find Bitcoin ATMs in Australia. I think By now you might have got the idea why Australia is one of the best counties for Bitcoin.

Most loyal attitude, means more friendly to Bitcoin? I think Japan is very friendly to technology, and with Bitcoin it isn't different. But most of the countries are neutral about Bitcoins while a minority is going against it. It's early to answer this question yet, we need to keep watching the attitude of more countries first, that will only happen when Bitcoin gain more and more strenght.

I believe Japan has the best attitude towards Bitcoin, being one of the first countries to regulate it and not doing crap other countries like China are doing.
I hope more countries follow Japan's example, and not China's.

We seriously need a captcha before starting a thread with three questions:
Do you have a clue what you're talking abut? Yu do spik Inglisz? Are you drunk?

loyal = giving or showing firm and constant support or allegiance to a person or institution.

Bitcoin is neither of those.
You can't be loyal to a currency. You can have faith in it, you can support it but you can't be loyal.
And this when we talk about a single person.
A government or a country can't be loyal to a currency, the country is the object of loyalty not the the way around.

And the answer is NONE.
There is no such country on the surface of this Earth.

yes being in a country where you feel free on that country everything about bitcoin is free i dont think if the government are really not against but on that country nothing is impossible some who live in the philippines what they think about bitcoin is scam but the number of believing on bitcoin are pretty increasing and full support in bitcoin.

The big banks are making their own crypto to be used on a side-chain. So, while a CEO might say one thing, that doesn't actually mean the whole company is against it.

japan as always a country that it is not going to be last and always in a top country so thats why their attitude for being a country that make appreciation on bitcoin will be our best example and country to look and want to be for.

In my opinion US is the most loyal attitude towards bit coin. In other countries like Russia they are giving less loyal attitude towards bitcoin. In simple some of the countries have loyal and some of them is less loyal attitude towards bitcoin.

Three are a couple of things to consider how much a country is Bitcoin friendly. That country's perspective towards Bitcoin, legality/regulations. Merchant/user adoption.

In this sense, Japan and Australia are the top Bitcoin friendly nations. Both Japan and Australia have officially accepted Bitcoin as money/method of payment. Australia even removed double taxation. As far as merchant adoption is concerned, Japan has a good number of shops accepting Bitcoin that it is quite possible to survive on Bitcoin only.

Hey OP, I know your country is Ukraine, but is there a link or something to a video of the kind of TV programs you're seeing that mention bitcoin like that?  I'm curious because I don't watch TV ever, but I'm interested in how bitcoin is being mentioned in the media.

I don't know about "loyal", but btc is pretty big in the US though I have yet to find a pizza shop near me that accepts it.  I tend to think bitcoin is way bigger in other countries like the Philippines.   Go figure.  Talk about the whole "not rich enough to own it" argument being false. That's a pretty backward, poor country and they seem to be doing crypto pretty hardcore.

I'm not sure Japan and Rusia is loyal with bitcoin, but china is the country's most loyal with bitcoin, it looks though the Chinese Government banned bitcoin but users in china does not sell so the price doesn't drop bitcoin.

I would say japan they were the best in every single situation till date now of their decisions caused the price to fall.
Japan was the first one to ciculate btc in their economy and more than 10k stores now accept btc in japan.
They even gave licenses to exchange in their country when china banned exchanges in their country.
