You probably need to contact nova exchange. But, do you have your old phone to see if the new one is generating the same code? How was this code generated? There's a new code every minute. Do you keep using the same code? Contact their support and keep in mind you may need to get some verification sorted for them to reset your account. If you do have the secret key then there may be other issues (such as the clock of the ios phone being out of sync). |
