HOW TO MANIPULATE MARKET PRICE OF A CRYPTO LEGALLY?

Being an Econometrician, I analyse the market price movements of various securities. Lately, I was analysing various Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum and Ripple. These Cryptocurrencies are incredible but economically, they have a problem, that being extreme fluctuations.

The problem of high volatility can be solved by price manipulation but price manipulation is not strictly legal. Well, it is legal if we take an approach which already exists and has been used by Companies and Securities Exchanges throughout. These approaches are called stock split and reverse stock split.

What if there is an asset controlled by a Central Authority with a system that incorporates these approaches to solve the problem of extreme volatility to present traders and investors what they need.

Krown is the first ERC20 compatible native token of Plutocracy (Digital Economy) deployed on the Ethereum Blockchain to implement these approach.

ILLUSTRATION

Rapid fall in the market price of the Krown: For illustration purposes, consider there are 1000 units of Krown in the economy. If the market value of Krown decreases from 0.90 USD to 0.80 in a day, then 7.5% of Krown Supply is burnt from Central Authority's account to reduce the supply of Krown to 925 units adjusting the market price to 0.864 USD thereby mitigating extreme fluctuations. In case of rapid growth, Krown is minted to increase supply and reduce the market price ensuring sustainable growth.

Note: Increasing and decreasing supply will be done under the careful econometric analysis of economic factors.

Exchanges will be notified about the price adjustment in advance. Other features of the Krown include a Settlement Function which is used to settle a debt, undo fraudulent transactions and retrieve stolen funds.

Really?
Suppose this condition arises
Suppose a person 1 does a fraud with another person 2 for some amount of Krown equivalent to 1 BTC,
Now, person 1 instantly goes to an exchange and converts it to another currency and withdraw.
Person 1 comes to you with all proof saying hey buddy someone scammed me, please retrieve my funds.
You did it as promised and the exchange sees that change and now the exchange is a victim now.

I know you had a proper plan for that please refer or quote that here for me.
Thanks

Manipulation is still manipulation, legal or illegal, the end result is the same. Also since there is practicly zero identification on crypto exchanges, using terms like 'legal' loses any credibility.

The Settlement feature is all about providing a backup in a worst-case scenario. Usually, when the funds are stolen, they are transferred into the chain of accounts and this process takes time and at this time the Central Authority can Freeze and settle funds before they are sold, the Central Authority cannot do anything after the sale. This is relative to stolen Gold bars from the federal reserve, if melted down the federal reserve cannot do anything. After the Funds are sold it becomes a legal issue and triggers a prosecution and the exchanges can identify the account and person the funds came from.

Thanks

High volatility is what makes them easy to trade, and means someone with only a small starting amount can trade meaningfully without leverage, I don't see it as a problem. The price will become  more stable as more people use them.
