I saw, checked and used this website = https://www.turtlebc.com/ Got their trial account and even got a signal from them yesterday but there are still a few things I don't understand. How to use their signals? I mean I don't get it why they are giving Buy signals on coins that are already pumped, and there are %s shown over there but the coins have not done that much, can anyone make me understand how to use their services properly? I just heard about this site, so this site is about trading signals?
