Just wonder someone is facing situation like me. . . FROM CEX.IO

First I received an email from CEX.IO Compliance Team detail of:

I am writing to you in regards of your account activity on CEX.IO bitcoin exchange.
Kindly allow me to inform that we are working in accordance with strict security rules, both AML (anti-money laundering) and KYC (know your customer) policies. That is why we have certain procedures that are designed to prevent money laundering and allow us to confirm user's identity.
Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide our services to individuals, who are current PEPs (political exposed persons) or PEP family members. Thus, we are obliged to deactivate your account. Please withdraw your funds in 5 days time. After this your account will be terminated. Processing of both fiat and cryptocurrency deposits for your account is suspended.

We deeply apologise for this situation and hope for your understanding.

After that I have try to send all evidences, bank statements, deep explanations of my fund flow and crypto tx transaction that is just a normal "arbitraging".
But I got this email later. . .

I would like to point out that our team fully understand your position and the situation you are in. We are very sorry for the inconveniences caused, but your account will be terminated. As you were informed previously, we cannot provide our services to individuals, who are current PEPs (political exposed persons) or PEP family members.

Fact:
1. I'm and ordinary employment guy as an IT Consultant.
2. Has mother and father only in family member and both are unemployed, just stay in house watching TVs.
3. In my life I haven't join and political group, do anything illegal, I have traveled to Japan and Pakistan for tourism and education reason.
4. I have read PEPS rule in UK below and I have check all that my account activity is not what listed below at all:

A politically exposed person is considered any individual who fits any of the criteria listed below:

A foreign person who has held any time in the preceding year a prominent public function outside the United Kingdom, in a state or international institution
Members of courts of auditors or of the boards of central banks
Ambassadors, chargés d’affaires and high-ranking officers in the armed forces
Members of the administrative, management or supervisory bodies of state-owned enterprises
Heads of state, heads of government, ministers and deputy or assistant ministers
Members of parliaments
Members of supreme courts, constitutional courts or of other high-level judicial bodies

SO, NOW I HAVE A LOT OF QUESTIONS IN MY HEAD THAT:

WHAT I'M DOING WRONG?
WHY CEX.IO THINK I'M PEPS? <<< I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT IS IT UNTIL THIS TIME IN MY LIFE
WHY THEY FORCE ME TO BE PEPS WITH NO EVIDENCES OR PROVE
WHY THEY DON'T LISTEN AND CHECK MY EVIDENCES WALK THROUGH MY FUND FLOW AT ALL!!!

Now, it is not about profits, it is just that I cannot accept things that I didn't done or even think about it but CEX.IO force me to be and leave me behind with a lot of curious questions.

Anyway, this is day 5 and I have check already that my account has been terminated now because I can't login anymore.

I do some research more by typing my lastname on google seek for relationship to whom in the world in my country that use the same lastname as me and my family
and just . . . OH MY GOD I found this news and I think this might be the reason. . . if YES, what can I do is just accept and understand your CEX.IO policy situation that you may be forced by your law as well, so just leave me some feedback reply back any word about this and say a happyness good bye for me at least T_T

4/10/2017 - I still wait for you CEX.IO, I'm ok with the termination but just let me know the exact reason and the source of decision that your team decide me or my family be PEPs.

Because I have read all over the UK PEPs rule and me and my family didn't fit any criteria as mention below:

As of January 2015 likewise the UK's PEP definition is identical to the 2003 FATF definition, i.e. without the 2012 update to include domestic PEP's; It is found in the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 Section 14(5)[9] A politically exposed person is considered any individual who fits any of the criteria listed below:

A foreign person who has held any time in the preceding year a prominent public function outside the United Kingdom, in a state or international institution
Members of courts of auditors or of the boards of central banks
Ambassadors, chargés d’affaires and high-ranking officers in the armed forces

Members of supreme courts, constitutional courts or of other high-level judicial bodies

So, what I see is just your risk or law or whatever team just analysis from google my last name and found the risk from the news that I have mentioned above and just decide the termination. Anyway, do you know that in Thailand people that don't know each other since born could have the same last name and it is very normal case not a rare case.

So, your risk/law/compliance team should do more deep research than just throw away banning easy John Carpenter from China has the same last name of criminal Marry Carpenter from America. . .

This arbitrary labeling as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) without verifiable and solid evidence backing that label is troubling and disturbing. I might be tempted to guess it's more about your country of origin and a bias or prejudice one or more of their staff feels towards your country.

If they can properly address your concerns here and/or resolve your concerns or explain with solid evidence the reason for the PEP label, I will rescind my statement above.

Damn, feel sorry for you. You really seem like innocent person that is being judged without evidence here.

Your best bet though is probably take your money and get out of cex.io as quick as possible, before they don't allow you to even withdraw your funds. I'm not sure if you have heard but recently there has been a lot of issues people are having with cex.io support and withdrawals, you are actually pretty lucky to even be able to withdraw at the moment.

Dear user, we can assure you we do much deeper research than analysis of the news on the internet. Unfortunately, we cannot verify your account because according to our information you belong to PEPS. Please do understand us, we have to follow the rules, we do whatever we can to help our customers, but there are rules we cannot violate. Thank you very much for understanding.

And for you CEX.IO, I'm done with you now and do you know why? Because I have "time" and "money" so I decided to make it clear by contacting UK embassy and all departments or organizations that involve and have the right information on PEP rule for me.

THE ANSWER FROM YOUR COUNTRY IS: ME AND MY FAMILY IS NOT LISTED IN PEP LIST AND THEY ALSO FEEL SORRY WITH ME AND HAVE A QUESTION ON YOU CEX.IO THAT WHY YOU LISTED ME AND MY FAMILY AS PEP. SO, YOU MIGHT BE PREPARE FOR ANSWER IF THEY CONTACT YOU AND AGAIN GOODBYE I'M DONE ON THIS THREAD, MODERATOR CAN CLOSE OR LOCK THIS THREAD.
