There aren't really any credit cards for bitcoin right now.

However if you are looking for bitcoin debit cards(which i'm assuming you are, since you mentioned 'prepaid' and credit cards can't be prepaid), you can look into Wirex, Cryptopay, and even Wagecan. All of them offer pretty good prepaid debit cards that can be topped up and used worldwide.

Just look through their fee schedule though, they may be charging different amounts for certain things.

I have heard a lot about Bitpay and Monaco, thoughts on these?

No such thing as a "prepaid credit card" (since prepaid and credit are terms which totally oppose each other). One represents money paid in advance. The other is money (re)paid later.

If you mean best bitcoin prepaid cards and if you are a US citizen or resident, then options are thin. You can try Bitpay:

https://bitpay.com/card/

Or WageCan:

https://wagecan.com/

As for other card companies, I doubt they offer them to Americans.

Bitpay is already issuing cards to US residents but Monaco is still in development phase as they have just completed their ICO/Crowdfunding.

You can go with bitpay or Shift (They also issue card to US citizens). Don't have any experience with those cards as they can't deliver it to my location.

I was using uquid before but they have stopped issuing those cards for non-EU users.
I am buying one from cryptopay right now, they have just changed their debit card provider and supports almost all country however they don't support US citizens due to USA financial regulations

If you are from USA than bitpay is the only option you have.

You're probably asking for DEBIT cards. Here's a list of bitcoin debit cards (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1242788.0) with lots of discussion over time.

Debit cards can be reloaded at any time and there's a limit to how much money can be drawn from them to how much money there's currently in it. Prepaid cards usually allow a single load at their creation.

For actual prepaid cards, I think that it's only Coinsbank issuing bitcoin prepaid cards.

Credit doesn't matter. They're all prepaid. Xapo and a few others are out for non EU residents. The Coinbase Shift card and Bitpay card have different arrangements for US residents and there's Wagecan which costs a lot more.
