1. You should provide reference links where he attacked trusted members.
2. If he really get banned he could move to another account.
3. Please change your tittle to Voting closes: February 07, 2017 , 06:28:15

of course Vod.. but its amusing to see the votes anyway... I mean the bloke has sold hundreds of accounts and has 50+ alts.. this should be a landslide no, but I have a funny suspicion that people have had enough of his horse shit shenanigans..

Account farming should be banned, same as selling accounts and a full review of the DT system and banning noobs from trading anything for 12 months - those changes will make this forum a much better place..

You can't possibly expect to win a poll against Quickseller unless you had a few hundred accounts at your disposal. Who knows how many accounts he has farmed up. ::)

He rarely attacks us on his main account. Normally he uses his alts to fill the reputation board with his trash and bumps threads relentlessly with the rest of his alts.

but wouldn't it be pleasant if he was banned on his main account?

Baseless speculation.

Why don't you just ask theymos? Like anyone's opinion means shit around here nowadays. The whole forum is one gigantic cesspool of lies.

I vote no
If you begin banning one person it will turn into a full time job of banning others too. On top of that banning is largely subjective. Theymos's liberal approach is much much better and smarter imo. However my point of view is that the trust system must be revamped from scratch.

I wouldn't since this forum drew the line at "Spamming posts / No zero or low value, pointless or uninteresting posts or threads." to give permanent bans to people.

If you suddenly start banning people for what is arguably "scummy" behaviour, or in this case scamming, ( according to QS's trust history), you would probably need to ban another 5000 people who have been trolls / accused of scamming.

That doesn't seem feasible to me.

Yep. With that reason alone will not lead him to be bnned but negative trust will rain upon him like how it is now.

If you have a stronger proof of another activity that really violates the rules of this forum i.e. punishable by a "ban" either temporary or permanent should be presented.

It's quite pathetic that even members of your own *alliance* such as shorena admits that some of those accounts are your own, but you are too much of a child to do so. ::)

If you begin banning one person it will turn into a full time job of banning others too.
Which is absolutely fine.

Either you're as dumb as a rock or you are also spamming/account farming. Which is it? ::)

This is honestly nothing more than online bullying by the OP (and friends).

It's a tie:
yes    - 20 (50%)
no    - 20 (50%)

Sometimes, when I'm bored, I love reading Meta and Reputation threads, or just Trust ratings. It's often very entertaining to read, and I usually refrain from posting in there.
But hey, I'll add my 2 cents: In my opinion QS loves creating drama and loves trolling. But, once in a while, he also posts very insightful comments (example (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2162459.msg21706884#msg21706884)).

I didn't vote BTW.

I read about the self escrow 'thang' some time ago but I know he/she used to do a lot of good for the forum, scam busting etc. Quickseller offered to help me once when I had a stuck transaction when I fucked up & sent a really low fee so I voted no btw
