The decision to establish an overseas-based platform follows announcements that the exchange will shut down operations in mainland China on September 30th.

Looks like this is going to be new trend in chinese lands. World is huge, we have all kinds of places to live and behave freely. I hope other chinese exchanges will do same and their markets will be better.
