I personally wouldn't gamble that long of an ROI with all of the different things that could take place making it a lost investment for that kind of money. Exactly and the way these are depreciating it's just my opinion that the starting bid is quite high is all. If it was a true auction, you shouldn't start at the high end price (if you're truly auctioning something and willing to take the market demand price. Clearly this is more of a classified for sale ad 'hoping' to fetch some super high dollars. Probably explains why there's 0 bids.. not a bargain... enough said. The ONLY reason I haven't jumped on this is because I worry about Avalon's support. Bitcoin is valuable if there is a community that uses it. Unlike gold, there is not a larger community outside of this one.
