I will share two easy ways to buy bitcoins with your payoneer mastercard,there may be many more websites accepting payoneer cards but these two ways are confirmed working with it.
1. Create an account at coinbase and use your card to buy bitcoin, it will take upto 24 hours for your purchase confirmation.
2. If you can't wait hours for your balance to be reflected in your account, you can use Paxful .

You could buy bitcoins with Purse.io ,but you need an Amazon account.
You just buy some product on Amazon and deliver to some other purse.io member and he pays you with bitcoins.Other option is Virwox,but you have to convert the fiat money to linden dollars and then to btc.The Virwox fees are insane.Unfortunately buying bitcoin is still very expensive and risky.
I don`t know about a method which contans direct bying with a Payoneer Mastercard.

Buying bitcoin with MasterCard's has always been the best option for me as it is instant payment. But I haven't checked out the payoneer option. However I expect it to be swift and good.

You can buy mastercard by bitcoin. it is good opportunity for mastercard user. you can doing it easily. even payoneer is a good card but i don't know that bitcoin use with payoneer.I think that, bitcoin with used payoneer.

Localbitcoins can be a good option and also coinbase is more safe and relaible using payoneer card but the problem comes in access of coinbase as an exchange, because in my country unfortunately bitcoins cant be buy/sell using coinbase.

You can buy bitcoin easily through payoneer Mastercard from paxful.I have done few transaction through Paxful.You may also try it.

Yes, Paxful if good if you want to buy some bitcoins. Try to buy from a verified seller that has a price near the market price. Also Spectrocoin is very good if you want to buy bitcoins with Skrill or credit card. In 5 minutes you can do everything, very fast and convenient, from depositing with skrill, buying the bitcoin until bitcoin withdrawal. My preference is for Paxfull, some say that this is stolen money, but I will not say this about the people at Paxful.

Im abount to launch a service for users to buy and sell using Payoneer and Bitcoin - At firts stage all transaction will be done manually and none info from users will be needed(no login/registrations/verifications), would like to know how interesting this service will be for users, please comment, thanks, great profit to everyone!

Becarefull with Payoneer because the TOS prohibit any activity related to "digital currency", so include cryptos with it. You could get your account suspended for this, because it surely includes the mastercard. Better safe than sorry

Tried a few times on Paxful, worked out good, though its a bit hard to trade every time with new user with new rules, that's why I though why not to try to make site where would be always one rules, and static comission instead of waiting when someone offer good prices on paxful. But yeah, agree that need to be carefull with Payoneer, and never say anything about crypto in payment descriptions.

The problem with using MasterCard or Visa cards is the risk of payment being reversed later (after you get the bitcoins). Most traders, sellers and exchanges are cautious when offered a payment method which is prone to being misused or when there is high incidence of fraud. Cards are included in that category.

There is another risk which is phished and stolen cards.

If you can successfully pass the identity requirements of some traders and exchanges, they might let you buy coins and pay for them with your Payoneer card but I think they will impose low buy limits. It will take time before they allow you to buy more coins if they see a pattern of settled payments with no chargebacks.

There is another payment processor known as Simplex. I see there are open issues from people complaining of non delivery of coins but it might be because Simplex is erring on the side of caution and doing extra checks to make sure the cards are good and not compromised. Simplex is a legit payment processor.

I am also trying to buy bitcoin with payoneer mastercard. Coinbase doesn't support buying & selling bitcoin in my country.
