Title: ✰ [ANN] FoxMixer.com ✰✰✰ The High Quality Bitcoin Mixer ✰✰✰ 4+ Years Online ✰
Post by: Casy on October 01, 2017, 12:01:22 PM

https://www.foxmixer.com (https://www.foxmixer.com) / http://foxmixer4dw2zluv7gy4pgqrpp2ab6p323s5clcyt7i5csbpk2pzezid.onion (http://foxmixer4dw2zluv7gy4pgqrpp2ab6p323s5clcyt7i5csbpk2pzezid.onion/)

We are online publicly for more than 4 years now, and have continually improved our service throughout that period.

Bitcoin mixers greatly enhance bitcoin privacy by mixing the coins of the user within a pool of bitcoins and returning a new and independent set of bitcoins. We think that especially today, in times of advanced tracking technologies, it is more important than ever to have a variety of tools for privacy protection.

The responsive user interface makes FoxMixer especially intuitive and allows for a fast mixing of bitcoins on all platforms.
A special feature of FoxMixer is the full transparency of payouts, meaning that you can enter your desired amount and see exactly what payout you will get at each payout address.

By the use of several layered backend servers and cluster automation technology, we can provide a very high uptime and top-notch reliability.
At the same time, a chain of security measures guarantees that all coins of FoxMixer's hot wallet are safe at any point in the mixing process.

Some highlights:
  • Sophisticated combination of different mixing techniques,
ranging from classical to a newly developed, dynamic version of CoinJoin
  • Signed Letter of Guarantee as a reference in case of contacting us
  • Relative and absolute payout amount options for full transparency
  • Payout delay of up to 48 hours to bypass correlation attacks
  • Live status page informing about mixing progress
  • Location privacy with multiple broadcast servers in different countries
  • Specialized Deep Mempool Analysis technology
  • High uptime due to seamless multi-server redundancy
  • Developer API for seamless third-party integration

Feedback and testers are welcome.
Thanks!

Also can't see signature camping for your mining service ..

SO you need to get some good review form higher rank user in this forum so every one can believe on mixer because its not like small amount if someone mixing they will mix good amount of there coin ..

Hope you come up with this thing in future ..

I actually did a quick research and found every review in their prospective websites.

Just look at each username and search them with Ctrl + F; You will see that the review is the same.

A signature campaign isn't mandatory, even WeiMixer started a signature campaign that runned for only 1 week and scammed a lot of users that thought they were legit. Maybe setup an escrow while you have no trust?

Yes, of course it takes time and effort to build up trust. That's why we developed and improved a lot before posting here.
Our minimum payin amount is quite low, so there's the possibility for testing with a significantly small risk. We deliberately don't require 0.01 BTC or 0.1 BTC.
And of course, if any scams had happened during the past half year, they might have been posted somewhere (showing the signed letter of guarantee). We could clear every issue via mail so far.
But yeah, I can see your point.

Also can't see signature camping for your mining service ..

We've focused primarily on the development aspects so far, but a sig campaign may follow. We'll see.

Maybe setup an escrow while you have no trust?

We asked our investors about this beforehand, but they did not agree so far. They like to have the current volume available for mixing.
However, if we do another bitcoin investment ourselves, we might establish an escrow, as you proposed it.

A big thanks to all our users, also for the suggestions we get via email. We try our best to get them all covered.
Some of the API code was improved and rewritten, such that the requests are processed without delay.

We've also noticed a rapid increase in the number of mixes during the past month. That's why we added some further server infrastructure, to keep the mixing as fast as possible.

Have a good mix 8)

In the last few months the number of mixing services has increased a lot, this is a business where customers need to rely heavily on the service /mixing site and this means that you will have the hard work of conquering people, since have sites like chipmixer already dominate in the market, it means that you will have to spend a lot of money on publicity to earn a reputation. Anyway, good luck with your business.

Signature campaigns aren't a must, but if you are interested, shoot me a pm and I'll be happy to manage one for you guys.

What is needed though are the following:

Escrow - What another mixer did, is they put 10 BTC in escrow and then if anyone had troubles with the mixer, the escrow would refund the coins.

Reviews Some mixers would offer a promotional event in which they would send out free coins to users who mixed on their mixer. Something like 30$ a review.

Anyways, good luck.

I know that there are a lot of new Bitcoin mixers entering the market recently.
However, we've been on the market for over half a year now and longer than many other new mixing sites.
We're quite happy with the amount of people trusting our service. Many of our users value the long-term stability that we have proven so far and we receive quite a lot of good reviews.

Moreover, it's our belief that diversity and a bunch of good offers to choose from is part of this market and the Bitcoin ecosystem as a whole.
As an example, just think about what happens if all users rely on one single service and it turns out that the user data gets leaked in whatever way.

I can't tell much about whether and how we will run a signature campaign project at the moment.
It's still an internal discussion about it. Maybe we're also gonna implement a dedicated dashboard on our website for the sigcampaign.
I'll come back on your offer if needed.

For the reviews, we already collected several of the reviews we got from other sites on our website. We also did some free coupon offers in the past on various other forums (this is why there's the coupon button on the site), we might repeat this again.

Thanks for your input.

Hi, I'm using this mixer on a regular basis. Usually, I send my coins from a wallet on my mobile to the mixer.
Since I use my PC to create the mix, I have to transfer the bitcoin address to my mobile, which is a bit cumbersome at the moment.
Could you add a QR code next to the bitcoin address such that I can scan it directly from my mobile wallet? That would be handy.

Post by: Casy on June 26, 2018, 09:24:02 AM
A new update of the mixing engine (https://www.foxmixer.com/) was rolled out recently.

https://www.foxmixer.com/external/update-mixcodes.png (https://www.foxmixer.com/)

Some of the new features:

  • Mixcodes - Different Coins Each Time: Up to this point, our huge mixing volume was sufficient to guarantee that no user receives his own coins from an earlier mix again. However, as the mixer gets more popular and more and more users begin to use it, it was necessary to introduce a way to ensure this also for the future.

  • Deep Mempool Analysis: If you expect a payout of 4 BTC and at the time of the payout, only transactions of around 0.01 BTC get done, it is evident that analysts will focus on your transaction first. The Deep Mempool Analysis technology actively monitors the volume of current transactions in the bitcoin mempool and shifts payouts to the perfect timeslot, if necessary.

Could you add a QR code next to the bitcoin address such that I can scan it directly from my mobile wallet? That would be handy.

  • QR-Codes: The creation of QR codes for mixing addresses allows for convenient sending of coins from a wallet on the smartphone / tablet.

Recently, a major update was published to FoxMixer. It is mainly driven by user feedback we receive directly during support requests.

We're happy to share with you that a lot of work went into the redesign of the status page of FoxMixer and it was revamped to a more reactive version that instantaneously updates to better reflect the current status of the mix.
Many times, our support team was contacted during a mix and asked whether everything is working correctly. It's understandable, since bitcoin mixing as many other services means trusting an external party.
Now, the status page allows to check that everything works out as expected during the entire life cycle of every mix.

http://www.foxmixer.com/external/update-statuspage.gif (https://www.foxmixer.com/?utm_source=bitcointalk.org&utm_content=update_statuspage#news)

Second to that, a new version of the unique Deep Mempool Analysis feature was applied.
As much as we love to observe the growing global adoption of bitcoin, it more frequently results in high confirmation times. We have taken countermeasures and increased the payout miner fee base factor for a fast confirmation of all payouts from FoxMixer, usually within the next block. The miner fee itself is still randomized for maximum privacy.

The tutorials page (https://www.foxmixer.com/tutorial?utm_source=bitcointalk.org&utm_content=update_statuspage) now contains more detailed instructions on how to mix using the Bitcoin Core wallet.

For a full list of changes, visit https://www.foxmixer.com/#news (https://www.foxmixer.com/?utm_source=bitcointalk.org&utm_content=update_statuspage#news) (scroll down)

Next to working on the development of the core of FoxMixer, we're also constantly setting up, updating and maintaining all the backbone infrastructure required for the unbeaten up-time, fast support and high quality of the mixes.

We're happy to see the continuous increase in our recurring user base that allows us to keep working on this project, developing smart algorithms for the mixing core and we'll continue to improve FoxMixer based on your ideas.
As usual, all feedback is highly welcomed, also directly via our contact email address.

All the best and keep your bitcoin privacy

Code:
pip3 install foxmixer

Code:
foxmixer mix --currency bitcoin --output_address 1....

Great idea! That enables mixing directly from the terminal. We've looked into the sources, it's implemented very well and clearly plus has some nice error handling.
An additional suggestion would be to accept a param "mixcode" and pass it on to the HTTP GET request in order to support users that do multiple consecutive mixes.

We've sent .005 BTC as a tip to your "affiliate" address for the implementation work.

Thanks for the listing. The API and the Transaction Origin Randomization are also features you may want to add.

Yes, we're not running a signature campaign.

Hi,

I've been successfully using your service for a decent amount of time.
Today I accidentally set the payout delay to 48 hours which I realized just after I've sent my coins to the mixer. Obviously, this is my fault. But is there a possibility to get back my coins earlier than the time I set?

Thx for your help and sorry for my dumb mistake

Many users have been emailing us about it. And since our regular user base grew quite decently within the last few years, we are very proud to be able to invest our time into new and important developments.

And that is:
From now on, FoxMixer provides full SegWit support!

Yes, that's right! Starting from now, all newly generated FoxMixer addresses are P2SH addresses (starting with "3...") which are supported by almost all wallets these days. We see this as a crucial step to keep up with the development of Bitcoin and to achieve faster confirmation times with lower fees. Some redesigns of the mixing engine architecture were necessary to fully support SegWit addresses. Several extensive tests of all changes were conducted by our team within the last months before the update went live.

Up until now it was possible to use only addresses starting with "1..." or "3..." for payouts. This change additionally enables the use of Bech32 addresses as payout destination for your mixes.
Many wallets can already generate addresses starting with "bc1..." and FoxMixer is now able to send directly to these addresses.

Try it out and profit from the advantages of SegWit!

Have a good mix 8)

Can I do a payment directly form an exchange to foxmixer?

Hi,

for the exchange, the address of your mix looks like any other bitcoin address. The exchange and everybody else can't differentiate whether it is your address or the one of FoxMixer.
And if you enter your own address as the payout destination of the mix, this should work.
But keep in mind that the payment to the mix address should happen within 48 hours after generation. If the exchange is going to verify your payment manually then this may potentially take longer.

Title: End of 2019 resume - FoxMixer - High Quality Bitcoin Mixer
Post by: Casy on December 23, 2019, 05:07:20 PM
A new update to our automated infrastructure was applied.
In case of a hardware failure of any single cluster node, the failover time for switching to a backup node was reduced.

As the year is approaching its end, it is time to draw a short resume for 2019

A large share of the mixing service fee has always been dedicated to the investment into our server infrastructure.
Thanks to your contribution, we're able to provide and extend our global network of load balancers and broadcast servers.

The redundancy-by-design approach of FoxMixer results in a "no single point of failure" policy.
Next to maximizing ease of use, FoxMixer is coded from the ground with this principle in mind -  and it has not been added as an afterthought!
It can't.
From our experience with cluster management, multi-node systems which are bended to failure tolerance as an afterthought are doomed to fail.

Thinking about critical design questions and rare corner-cases beforehand is time consuming and sometimes straining, but has payed off for our team at every step we have taken.
This has allowed us to deliver the high-quality service and uptime that FoxMixer is providing.
And still, we're maintaining all of this with all log features turned off. We don't delete logs. Because we don't even generate them.

The mixing engine itself has always been highly fault-tolerant.
And now, our infrastructure is becoming more and more automated as well. To such an extend that it can cope automatically with all kinds of events that may occur.

We're proud to announce that there has been no downtime due to hardware or software failures during the entire year at all, even though the amount of mixing requests has increased.
All mixes were payed out in time. All of them.

Our team doesn't want to miss out the opportunity to say thank you to all our new users that are trusting us with their large amounts of coins
and we highly value the users who have been following us along the way since our start back in 2017!

Keep your privacy

And have a good mix! :)

I tried to use this service without reading just to put myself in the shoes of the newbie user who wants to test the mixer for the first time:

After entering the Foxmixer, the simple UI attracted me, everything is simply explained in the FAQ section. Clicking to the start button is enough to flash the new mixing code which will be used for separating future mixing amounts. I can add new addresses depending on the privacy I expect from the mixer. By the way, if the user has used this mixer, entering the previous mixing code will prevent the system to send the previously mixed BTC-s to the new ordered addresses.  0.002 BTC is the lowest amount for mixing BTC and fees are not high compared to the alternative mixers, honestly. I have tried the other mixers too, the Foxmixer has some advantages which I didn’t observe on other mixers, fees are around 1%. For each output address, 0.001 BTC is extracted from the total mixed amount.

Pros:

The fees are as advertised, there is no hidden fee
A letter of guarantee is the paperwork for using this service, in any case, the user can prove the ownership of orders.

The payout percentage is indicated on the LoG, for each address, there is an additional section per desired percentage amount. The user will not misunderstand anything after reading the simply written LoG.

The option to use PGP encryption for contact with support. The best advantage is to stay anonymous if something is not right during the mixing process.

The <Status of Mix> page is really helpful to track the transaction status and payouts. It was designed well and all details are there for any case.

I can use both Legacy and Segwit addresses. TBH, I prefer to use the Segwit addresses for the faster and low-cost mining fee transactions, Foxmixer has provided this advantage.

https://i.imgur.com/BIRiDEc.jpg

Cons:

There is a possibility to lose the second transaction, the terms and conditions clearly dictate this rule: Only one transaction per address.

6 confirmation is a bit very strict for amounts lower than 1 BTC and applying the required confirmation per amount will be a good idea.

I can use the same address on both payout section, maybe the user will be a victim of “fat finger”. Just a suggestion, there was no warning by the site for using the same address on all BTC address fields.

There is no warning on the mixing page, I will pay the 0.001 BTC fee even if I had used one single address on the first transaction. This was the disappointment for me, the user should know the adding new payout address will cost them 0.001 BTC but charging the same amount for the original address will not attract the new users, IMHO.

That's a reasonable suggestion. We will consider to add a check for address equality and show a warning to the user if this is the case.

There is no warning on the mixing page, I will pay the 0.001 BTC fee even if I had used one single address on the first transaction. This was the disappointment for me, the user should know the adding new payout address will cost them 0.001 BTC but charging the same amount for the original address will not attract the new users, IMHO.
Well, it is explicitly stated that 0.001 BTC is the fee per payout address. It is also to be expected since there is a need to cover transaction fees also for low amount mixes.
Directly after creating a mix you can check the amount you will receive as a payout, so there is no surprises here.

6 confirmation is a bit very strict for amounts lower than 1 BTC and applying the required confirmation per amount will be a good idea.
The amount of confirmations is in most cases not a hurdle as the minimum payout delay is 2 h.
Since a new block is mined every 10 minutes on average, the confirmation is in almost all cases completed at the time the two hours have passed.

There is a possibility to lose the second transaction, the terms and conditions clearly dictate this rule: Only one transaction per address.

Not quite. You are right, it is stated explicitly that each mix must be used only once.
But we are quite some time in the business now and have acquired some knowledge about what kind of things can happen.
And if somebody erroneously sends a second transaction before the payout was completed, the mixing engine will wait for that second transaction to fully confirm before initiating the payout.
Thus, the full amount of bitcoins will be payed out.
It is just not the documented and recommended way of using the service. But for sure we invested a lot of time in implementing the logic to deal reasonably with corner cases as the one you mentioned such that no bitcoins are "lost".

I can use both Legacy and Segwit addresses. TBH, I prefer to use the Segwit addresses for the faster and low-cost mining fee transactions, Foxmixer has provided this advantage.

Yes, we embrace Segwit transactions due to the advantages you mention.

Our latest update contains a suggestion from Danslip's post above (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2221847.msg53521996#msg53521996).

When dealing with bitcoin, it is generally a good idea to use a new address for every transaction you do.

As not every user might be aware of it, we implemented a new feature reminding users about it.
If the same bitcoin address is reused across multiple payouts of FoxMixer, a privacy warning shows up indicating that it is better to use a different address for each payout.
This is a precautionary measure on our site for more effective bitcoin mixing.

Title: WARNING about other domains
Post by: Casy on February 22, 2020, 04:12:20 PM
WARNING to our users

Some scammers found it might be profitable for them to register some domains and scam people.
Always be sure to use https://www.foxmixer.com (https://www.foxmixer.com) or http://foxmixer6mrsuxrl.onion (http://foxmixer6mrsuxrl.onion/)

Nothing else!

Especially, there have been posted some youtube videos linking to .io or .net domains.
These are a SCAM and NOT CONTROLLED BY US!

Always ensure before mixing to be on the official FoxMixer .com domain or the correct onion address.

Please share this information with other users you might know!

Hi,

what a detailed review. Thanks for helping us and other users by posting your experience while using FoxMixer!

"No single point of failure" policy shows its signs after typing the site URL and pressing the enter button. Actually, I expected a captcha thing will irritate me because I asked my friend to test the response ping time of the site with a different IP addresses (with time limits, of course) thanks to anonymous VPN and Tor network. The bothe onion link and clearnet website work flawlessly.

That's exactly what we are working for!

Correlation between minimum time requirement and network confirmation is not effective for fast mixing practice, for amounts less than 0.5 BTC first confirmation is enough for instant delivery. The double-spend probability is highly unlikely, IMO. Adding a function for disabling time delay can solve this problem and it will be a customizable option for all types of users.

There is still a time correlation, also for amounts < 0.5 BTC.
Many users are just not aware that time correlation is one of the simplest approaches to reveal address dependencies.
That's why we have a minimum mixing time.

A small suggestion: Electrum and Bitcore wallet implementation also lets the customers launch desktop wallets with this shortcut. The mobile interface works well too.

So your suggestion is to implement the address as a clickable "bitcoin:..." uri? That's a good idea.

Adding more altcoins and increasing awareness are my propositions for improving service quality.

Maintaining only one currency with our expectations of reliability, quality and support level is quite some work. Maybe that will happen in the future.
For the awareness: We are on a good way with the trust we receive and the development of our daily userbase.
It's a shame to see other mixers using sigcampaigns and paid news in order to pretend "trust" and scam people afterwards.

Our latest generation dynamic content loader now supports a loading page.
This page makes it more clear on slower network connections (for example via tor) that FoxMixer is still loading required resources (i. e. doing work).

On fast internet connections, the change should be barely noticeable.

Yes, we are continuing our work to keep everything running as usual. The self-maintaining infrastructure we have built up helps us a lot in this situation.
The user count has risen again, but also the number of support requests is higher than usual.
Not due to problems, but due to the uncertainty if everything is alright with the service.
The answer: yes, it is!
Our support team is working and available for you also during the current COVID-19 crisis, just as you are used to it.
If you have any issue or request, just contact us and we will look into it.

We hope that all of you will emerge unscathed from the crisis and you can make the best out of the current situation.

I have just noticed this thread. The mixer is not very known, as i didn't see it being suggested from others despite it is running well since a considerable time.
This is why i would like to repeat the ask about promoting it. In first replies, a user suggested you to run a signature campaign here in bitcointalk, and your reply was that investors want to reserve the pool amount to run the mixer. It was long time ago. Don't you still thinking is presenting the service in social platforms will help in business growth?

The user count has risen again, but also the number of support requests is higher than usual.

The answer: yes, it is!
Sorry, I can't figure out this point?
Did users contact support before to use the mixer about their uncertainty if the service is all right? If yes, then you think that your answer is sufficient?

...

Hi,

we currently don't observe a need for promotion, as the quality of our service is a sustainable selling point why many users begin to mix with our service (and also recommend it to others).
From the beginning, we concentrated our expenses on the software, server and infrastructure quality.

We are not a purely profit-driven team that wants to increase revenues for any price.
We want to spend our time on offering bitcoin privacy to our users who value it as much as we do.

As you already mentioned, our service has been online for more than 3 years now.
Obviously, the math is simple: if we were not attracting enough users to keep up our infrastructure, developer and support team we would no longer be online.
You probably also noticed what happened to other mixing services that used to spend tons on campaigns.

Maybe we will decide to do some promotion in the future but we currently don't see the urge to do so.

Tor browser sets the highest security level. The website can be opened normally, but the mixer cannot be used, and the plug-in image cannot be opened. Tor browser sets the standard security level, and everything can be used normally

I am not sure what do you mean set the highest security level because I don't find any level security even I used TOR at the moment.

Are you mean TOR circuit (3 relay+3 IP's)?. because on foxmixer web only have Payout Delay set for your setting. I tested payout delay from 2 - 24 hours all worked.

As @DroomieChikito mentioned above, there is not any security level within Tor I am aware of. It just builds circuits you can use.

What do you mean by "mixer cannot be used". Is it like you get an error message?
I am not sure what "plug-in image" refers to. FoxMixer has nothing to do with plugins you might be using within your browser.

And you say that for the standard security level it works, so why not just go with that?

Right next to the URL bar (right side), you can see the icon of a shield. If you click that and select "Advanced Security Settings", you go to a page where you can set up your "Security Level" (you can also just go to about:preferences#privacy). They have "Standard" (default), "Safer" and "Safest". The later disables Javascript on all websites, and your mixer, apparently, requires it, so it doesn't work on that level.

That's probably what he is talking about. Tor already had vulnerabilities which worked through Javascript found on websites, so many people keep it disabled.

Ok, that's something we do not handle differently than any other site requiring JavaScript.
You should at least see the fallback message indicating the problem very clearly: "Please enable JavaScript...".
This is only solvable by enabling JavaScript at least for the FoxMixer domain.

Anyway, if you want to avoid JavaScript and using the browser interface entirely, we can recommend the excellent open source python CLI for FoxMixer written by sega01 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=32897).

Hello, I login with tor browser http://foxmixer6mrsuxrl.onion , I know tor hides my real IP, JavaScript will leak my real IP? What are the specific hazards of JavaScript? I want to know

Hi

JavaScript by itself will leak nothing. It always depends on its use on a specific website and your browser configuration.
If you enable JavaScript only for the foxmixer6mrsuxrl.onion domain (for example using the NoScript addon), then there will be no danger of any leakage.
If you configured your browser improperly, an IP leak may occur by a malicious use of specific technologies. For example WebRTC which builds up direct p2p connections. But also fingerprinting (identifying you by your specific browser instance) is a thing.

Many of these attacks can be mitigated by using the official "Tor Browser" bundle. The default settings in there are set up in such a way that the described attacks are impossible or at least very hard to conduct.

There is also "Tails" which is a whole operating system configured to enforce that all connections to go through Tor. This prevents leakage on the OS level instead of the browser level.

Again, these leaks are to be considered when browsing the web in general. FoxMixer JavaScript does NOT leak or try to leak your IP.
If you use the official Tor bundle + FoxMixer with its onion service and only whitelist "foxmixer6mrsuxrl.onion", you can get the best privacy results.

The latest update contains a small usability improvement. After creating a new mix, it is possible to click on the payin address, which takes you directly to your wallet and inserts the bitcoin address in there.

This works if you have set your wallet to listen for "bitcoin:..." URI requests.

The method of copy-and-paste and QR codes still work as usual.

Thanks Yaunfitda for the notice! We submitted a report to the registrar and to safebrowsing.
We also added a warning to the news section on our website.

Also, be aware that the scam uses an ".online" instead of a ".onion" domain. This is NOT a real Tor domain, but a clearnet domain and it is not controlled by us.
Pay close attention, this can easily get overlooked!
Our original Tor link is: http://foxmixer6mrsuxrl.onion (http://foxmixer6mrsuxrl.onion/)

Title: New Tor Onion Service v3 URL
Post by: Casy on April 06, 2021, 05:46:19 PM
New Tor Onion v3 URL

Starting from today, FoxMixer has a new Tor onion v3 URL:

http://foxmixer4dw2zluv7gy4pgqrpp2ab6p323s5clcyt7i5csbpk2pzezid.onion (http://foxmixer4dw2zluv7gy4pgqrpp2ab6p323s5clcyt7i5csbpk2pzezid.onion/)

As of now, this new URL is the preferred way of accessing FoxMixer through Tor, so store it in your bookmarks.

The advancements in the Tor development make this step necessary, since the old, shorter v2 URL format (foxmixer6mrsuxrl.onion) will be deprecated by the Tor team (https://blog.torproject.org/v2-deprecation-timeline) soon.
The old onion URL will still stay available during a transition period. But starting from July, you will most likely not be able to reach FoxMixer using the old URL anymore after updating to the latest version of Tor.

Pay close attention to store the URL correctly.

This change does not affect the clearnet domain https://www.foxmixer.com (https://www.foxmixer.com) in any way.

Ensure to include a sufficient miner fee when sending coins to a mix, as the number of pending transactions in the mempool is currently very high.
Otherwise, your transaction may be "stuck" in the mempool for several days.

It looks like a scam, but maybe you just need to wait for transaction confirmation and contact their support.
They are inactive in forum for some time, but I think you should create new topic in Scam Accusation section and post more details there, maybe even create a flag against them.
Meanwhile I will tag their account, and this could help any newbies who want to try using their scam website for mixing coins.

Hi

You visited a phishing URL. The real website is foxmixer.com and not .org
Additionally, foxmixer.com stopped its service ~2 weeks ago (see the post here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2827109.msg60154010#msg60154010))

Sorry for you but foxmixer.org is a scam and you won't get any BTC. If it can help you: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5381839.0

Meanwhile I will tag their account, and this could help any newbies who want to try using their scam website for mixing coins.

wrong tag
do not trust, verify.

Why exactly was this a wrong tag?
I can't verify every single thing other members are claiming, and I left them a NEUTRAL feedback and I wrote that other member accused them for scam.
If you know that foxmixer stopped you could add that feedback on their account yourself, since you are already following all bitcoin mixers.
Anyway, I will change my feedback to - stopped service.

You know why and it seems you agree with it since you changed the feedback from "Accused for SCAM" to "Stopped Service, all other domains are scam." (Correction, you didn't change, you added another one, but that doesn't matter)

@Byrivyx was referring to .org while @Casy (the original poster) owns .com and has nothing to do with scamming. He doesn't have to be blamed for something he had nothing to do with. He stopped his service (it happens to a lot) but there is no sign that @Casy would scam people on the forum. Especially since no one here has attested to have lost money with .com

Even though I have made a list of Mixers, yes, that does not give me the right to use the Trust system to post the latest news about a mixer.
If it's because a member is a scammer, ok, but not because they close their site or change their underwear - that's absurd.

I've been scammed by Foxmixer!!

I tried the service first time; sent the bitcoins through correctly; the overview page just kept showing "waiting for payin". Even though I can prove the funds were sent correctly.

Since then I've sent no less than 8 emails to their support service, but never got a reply.

I have no choice to keep posting everywhere every few days about their scam on any channel (clearweb or darkweb) until I get my funds back.
