If that is the reason why you think Lauda account is hacked, then you really didn't follow Lauda activities for a while and moreso you didn't read some of the threads opened for that purpose. Lauda has been against account buying and selling and she has been open about it. You won't be the first to have been tagged because of that and won't equally be the last. Just move on because its going to be there for a very long time.

Lauda gave a screenshot of you trying to buy an account.  Therefore you're dealing in accounts, and that's bad.  Unless you can seriously contest that what Lauda used as a reference link, the charge sticks.  If you can prove that wasn't you doing that, I'll happily remove my neg.  But it's Lauda's that you need to worry about, not mine, and I highly doubt that one is going to get erased.

Yes, because it can safely be assumed that you consummated the deal via PM or with someone else.  Expressing interest in buying an account is as good as buying one, IMO.

Account exchange is not forbidden as far as I know of. There's even a sub-category on this. I have not already bought an account or something. I only asked if there was an account.

It is not banned, however highly discouraged as it 99.99% of the times leads to a scam or cheat in the system (such as multiple accounts in the same signature campaign, self escrow... etc.)

OP, your negative trust rating is 100% deserved because you showed interest in buying forum account. Maybe you didn't knew, but it's highly discouraged, because selling accounts leads to scam and joining signature campaigns with multiple accounts. Well, ignorance will not let you to avoid responsibility.

What happens to Lauda when the account sale is not forbidden on the forum. Tell me if you are forbidden to exchange accounts on the forum. Besides, I did not take an account.

Since when do people wait until after the action is taken to punish behavior that they find shady/scammy? If you are about to shoot up a school but at the last second (while you have everything prepared by the way) decide not to because you see that you'll be stopped, are you simply given a pat on the back and go off scot-free? You had the intention to buy the account and without the negative trust, you were going to continue on with it.

Interestingly, we at PrivCoin have considered buying accounts with high post counts just to change the signature and leave the account alone so that internet users who arrive to the forum via Google will see our signature on historical topics.

We're not an ICO. In my opinion it's no different than buying a forum ad except it's permanent and only on older topics.

Trust is not moderated nor does trust have to be related to violating forum rules. Forum rule violations result in bans, not negative trust. Trust is a community thing and anyone can leave positive, negative, or neutral trust for any reason they want.

I've checked Lauda's trust and one thing strikes me as funny. Some people are spamming his trust in return, which makes it obvious they want that trust to remain forever or even be multiplied by others. If you people act like that it won't matter if you deserved the trust in the first place because now you do anyway.
