need more elaboration on this issue please

I my experience newbies are discourage to join in any campaign. Some campaign only accept jr. member to legendary or member to legendary. I never notice that newbie are invited in campaign. But try to find translation campaign if you find campaign for newbie.

newbies have no value in the crypto world here... need to grow and earn bounties

As I know noone would really want newbie to translate paper about crypto. Being newbie means "having less information about crypto" in community's eyes. So I suggest you to follow forums more and rank up.

Unfortunately no, it is difficult to get any type of bounty as a newby. For easy bounties you could sign up for Facebook/Twitter campaigns.

Correct and newbies, tend to "scam", if I may add. So you need to rank up before some projects will trust you doing translation for them. So its similar to signature campaign, no space to newbies to join. Just consider yourself making you first journey on crypto as a baby or newbie but for sure as you can knowledge and experience in this forum you will find translation and signature or bounties that you can join. You just need a lot of patience and time before you can rank up. I wish you luck and enjoy the journey.
