are good for long hold ?

For me i go long in IOTA. There is a good upward potential.

for STRATIS

neither for me, both of them already pumped hundreds of times, who buy them now will be locked at a great possibility, if you are really interested in them, maybe you can wait for some time

Both are good for the longterm holders, but i just recommended you to choose iota as the preferable  crypto rather than the stratis token. I must say that because as you can see the iota was having the best scalability right now comparing with other coin.

Exactly ! But for me I'm going for stratis and I already bought some stratis last month. Since STRAT is the fuel that powers and secures the Stratis blockchain. It is used to pay fees per transaction, this coin have potential and also as you can notice to their twitter account, they are very active with different projects always.

i bought some iota under 10k satoshi for the longterm.. .be patient and stay updated to the project in twitter/slack/reddit....and always update your seed (wallet) ...im expecting bigger moves for the future..... Maybe i will buy some stratis...its so cheap these days......btw... it made a full retracement ;)

I think both are good for long term investments. Noone expected to ethereum to go like $300 when it was just $10. You can buy and add them to your portfolia for long.

In terms of price, currently IOTA is still on its highs and STRATIS just gone full retracement, check your charts and do your fib retrace. Based on this STRAT right now is more attractive. Personally, I'm leary on IOTA's max supply as it is way to big. If you were to diversify. I'd say add more STRATIS than IOTA. Maybe 70% STRATIS 30% IOTA.

I actually like your idea that at this time buying stratis will be much profitable than buying IOTA as stratis is in a dump and dump are the best time in which there is a lot of money to be made. IOTA in the other hand is overvalued as there is currently no usage of iota in the Real world, it will only be beneficial when everyone is connected to internet if things devicesand also in pump phase so buying it at this time is very risky because the price cannot be kept that high for a long time, but if any major announcement come then the price can become stable at this range.

I totally agree with you. I still don't understand why people ignore IOTA and how they manage to see any potential in STRATIS which offers nothing but a mix of pos with pow + smart contracts. For me it's just a clone of clones of btc and eth mostly, whereas I hold IOTA long-term, because at least it's truly innovative.
But why? What makes stratis worth at least something? And IOTA has a big supply, it's true, but come on, it's all already there, so with growing demand the price will only grow now! No inflation's possible with it. And I believe the interest will only grow as more people get to know it.

Stratis seems to have a much slower adoption rate.iota does not need mining  and it is secure against quantum computing hacks. IOTA for me.

I cant say anything for stratis but iota is a good long term investment.
I have been hodling IOTA for more than 6 months. It is a good alternative project and not known as much as other projects. I believe investors of IOTA will gain good amount of profits in 2018.

IOTA project is very good quality. can provide very good money in the long run.
I am hopeful from IOTA

IOTA has way more potential but also a few question marks. infinite scalability? need one special chip (i forget the name, something like ternär chip, has one bit more) to work

IOTA has huge upside potential. I know supply is yuge but so is potential. I am holding it for looong. I think it can go to $1 easily and then upward from there. It's not that expensive given it's potential, if you have spare btc/eth throw it in IOTA.

IOTA   has  a lot  of coin  supply.  And the project is realy ambitious and long term. Potential gain is  x2 or x3  in 2 years  if  everything goes smoohtly
 so I decided to stay away because  a not sure x2 / x3  in 3 years   for me is not worthwhile to invest

IOTA needs more time. Will be at a good price range in 2 3 years. I will hodl till then.

a good  price range  could be X2/x4  maximum because the coin supply is too much
