I tried to connect it directly to a display with a dvi to VGA connector, with no gpu attached, and it simply doesn't display anything. With 13 gpu attached I have neither ssh access, maximum I can get is 2 gpus Are there other tests to do or I should just RMA the board? Once that was sorted everything works as expected.

Once that was sorted everything works as expected. Well, so I guess that I had really bad luck with my sample and my only choice is an RMA process. Fortunately I'm covered with other motherboards so I'm not keeping anything offline.
