You are mining. But what are you mining? Bitcoins? If yes this rate is really low. Best cards for btc mining are AMDs.

no. That's your onboard graphics.... not a GPU.
is that amount of khash/h decent?
No.
how can I maximize my performance?
Get a GPU.
am I even really mining? I havent recieved anything.
Yes, it's mining. But that's not your username/password. It's probably username: minero_worker password: changeme, if you haven't changed it.
how can I know for sure that I'm in a pool and not solo mining?
Because you chose a server.... in the server option...

I know this, but I can't afford a GPU right now so I have to do CPU mining, electricity bills arent an issue.
is that amount of khash/h decent?
No.
even for cpu mining? also guiminer gives me the option to use the intel core i5 3210, which one should I use?

Yes, it's mining. But that's not your username/password. It's probably username: minero_worker password: changeme, if you haven't changed it.
so I have to do, veek_minero in the user space?

You will literally make 0 cents per day mining bitcoin at that rate. http://www.coinwarz.com/cryptocurrency/
Your username, as I said, would be minero_worker, and your password would be changeme... if you haven't changed it on the pool site.

Yes, as per above posts, you would need to check your username and password settings. Some checks to do: see that there are shares being accepted, also the control panel from the eclipse pool website will advise you how much you have made so far. A good graphics card is a Radeon 7970 but if you google 'bitcoin mining hardware' you will find a very detailed list of types of graphics cards and what hash rate you can expect. Its not just about performance, its about being as efficient as possible and saving on power usage. Don't bother mining with the CPU chip (i.e. as in your screenshot) as it would take many months I think to even get a fraction of a bitcoin. This means you need to add a dedicated graphics card eg Radeon variety and install the Catalyst software. Then, in the spot where you have the "Intel HD graphics", you will see another dropdown (if not there already!) and you will need to select that one; then stop and restart mining to see the Hash rate increase.. good luck!
