I know this doesn't help you this time, but next time you could add a fee.

How do you even perform a transaction without a fee? Can't use bitcoin-qt right

I sent this using the blockchain.info app on default settings.. Not sure why it does this.

Afaik you could do this:
Import the private key in an other and sent the transaction again with a fee (-> doublespend, the transaction with the fee will be accepted and the old one discarded)

Or wait...at least the Bitcoin amount is quite big, so it will most likely transfer in a while.

I have sent non-fee transactions before that confirmed within six hours or so. I guess I just got lucky.

I use the android version of the Litecoin wallet and had a tranaction that took 9 days. It did go through eventually, just took much longer than I would have hoped. Judging from the interface, there's a lot of borrowed code between the BitCoin Wallet, LiteCoin Wallet, and Blockchain app.
