First Crypto ETF is to launch a pre-ICO before embarking on a full coin sale. This is the first ETF in the crypto-currency world, with First Crypto ETF be buying 10 crypto-currencies with high liquidity and daily trading volumes. How would this defer from crypto20?

First of all we don't say - buy and hold. We say let's go with us, we launch crypto ETF with unique trading technology. pre-ICO and ICO is for technology, building infrastructure - software, hardware, evangelistic campaign, OTC product development (Black Card) and for creating basket/portfolio of cryptos. and against this portfolio comes tradable token.

From the nature of ETF, it will be tradable on crypto exchanges on daily basis. 10 cryptos in basket as a 1 token what is good for daily traders, newcomers, anybody who can't analyse market everyday, wide public. but also for exchanges - it attracts more liquidity, brings higher volume.

First Crypto ETF has announced it will give key investors the chance to have a say in the company. Any investor or group of investors who control more than 1.000.000 tokens can nominate an individual to become a member of the Board of Directors.

I am interested in unique products that are named Black Cards, which can be purchased using a debit or credit card. may I know the price range?

price range will depend on the actual value of portfolio under First Crypto ETF. right now, in current conditions and prices on crypto exchanges we can say it will be around 100 euros per 1 portfolio token. we talk about 2nd token, tradable on the crypto exchanges, peer-to-peer platforms.

All funds are securely held on cold wallet - powered by TREZOR. This amount will be used for creating portfolio/basket of cryptos. This portfolio will be sold to market participants - traders, newcomers, portfolio managers and by Black Card against 2nd token (not FCTF token. 2nd tradable on exchanges, peer-to-peer platforms...). 
Value of portfolio = value of all 2nd tokens sold on the market. (here comes our Authorize engine which runs these operations. It issues 2nd token against file of cryptos and keeps price of token equal to value of portfolio)

So portfolio is done and sold. Everyone who bought 2nd token has a share from portfolio. Right? That being said means - First Crypto ETF will have income from portfolio management and arbitrage trading. But also will get funds for selling portfolio on the market against 2nd token. Buyback will be done from this income and money. So no doubt about buyback. Let´s not forget, whole operation will be under control of one of the big 4 accounitng firms (KPMG, PwC, Deloitte or EY). thanks. you´re right. Authorize engine comes with unique algos. Many API´s integration, connectivity solutions and finaly hardware infrastructure. It´s quite big and robust machine  :)
