The theory is Ethereum tokens need to be used for network access and payment for services to network agents. In addition the network operator can receive a transaction fee from the the same token. Tokens are purchased from network operator by a pre-subscribed network vendor who issue tokens to their clients to access the network. The token functions to access the network and makes payment in ETH is made to the pre-designated Agent who processed the service request and a transaction fee paid in ETH to the network operator? Is this possible?
