Apparently when you send someone money they get a prepaid credit card using this service and then you can just keep refilling it. It seems a bit cheaper than western union for sending cash and you dont have to go to an agent to pick up the money. https://www.ikobo.com/for-business.html (https://www.ikobo.com/for-business.html) the business account looks promising as a way for someone to send multiple payments out.
