You obviously don't know much, so here's an investopedia definition to help you out :) Rally: "A period of sustained increases in the prices of stocks, bonds or indexes." When the smart money starts to believe that the effect of the block reward halving has not yet priced in they will begin again to buy in earnest. Reddit will only know about this long after the fact.
