I don't think if this thread belongs to service section but this might suit on service discussion.

There are several threads overview about this topic made on this forum and the ranking depends on the experience of the author of course, so until you will not make a poll you will only get different opinions from different people based on their experience because experience will matter on this,

there might be person A might suggest to manager A as the best while person B will suggest manager B but they encountered and work from this two managers already.

Managers has their own rules to manage their campaign, or more often the dev team would be set the rules and managers just manage the participant and count the task for every single participants. Look at their trust history and past activities, to make sure the managers knows what they are doing.

Yes some managers apply difficult rules, sylon requires 20 posts and this rule is followed by another manager. hopefully atriz not follow sylon.
